Holiday rentals with a patio in Jacutinga

We had a great stay, with easy access being well located and can do several walking tours. The place is very quiet. Esação was extremely clean, organized and well equipped, I congratulate the host Anderson and his wife as they were very helpful and polite, attending to us promptly when requested. Congratulations For all this it is I recommend and I intend to come back again and again.

The kitnet is exactly what is advertised and offers a great cost benefit. The place is simple but very organized and clean. Bed and towels are available. The bathroom is also well equipped, with paper and soaps. Larissa was very kind and always quick to answer any questions and to give us city tips. The location is great, it is not even necessary to use the car, as it is close to the resort and the main square of the city, where events take place and from where I also left the tourist trams and trams. The stay in general met expectations and would definitely host me again.

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

It was all perfect! Everything that is described and instructions are exact, there is no wrong. The place is amazing, clean and everything we need, it was there. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was great. The condominium is in a neighborhood relatively close to downtown by car (about 6 minutes). The apartment is spacious, well aerated and was super clean and organized. Bed linens, simple but super-scented. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and basic utensils (some cutlery, pressure cooker, some pots, etc). It has a washing machine as well. Our pets loved the balcony! The rooms have a mosquito net (although they need repairs, they have helped a lot!) and has a safety net on the balcony. Gislaine was very solicitous and used to respond quickly. Her apartment served us well during the 3 nights we were staying there. An important information is that the condominium, apparently old, has no elevators (if it needs full accessibility, it is not the most appropriate). Other than that, it's a good value.

Without a doubt the best accommodation! Located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access and close to everything. The city has many attractions for those who appreciate wines, olive oil and cheeses. There is a culinary street with many amazing restaurants. Milce's accommodation is even better than the photos, a large, beautiful, cozy, well ventilated and very well-equipped home. We were greeted with great attention and affection, with a delicious jar of acerola juice, a basket of goodies from the region and our dog Bruce got a personalized hygienic tappet. We only have to thank for the days we were able to enjoy the stay and we want to return soon.

Excellent hosting! Host Rodrigo always answers questions promptly. His father welcomed us and practically gave us a tour of the house. That's right, the house is pretty big, so he showed us all the spaces we could enjoy. The house and the view surpass what we see in the photos. Regarding appliances, it has everything you need, it has linens and the cleanliness is impeccable. We will definitely be coming back.
