The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. Of course it is also fully equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook and we include the basic food. Our goal is to make you feel like home!

El Edificio es nuevo, el departamento se encuentra en el cuarto piso sin acensor. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerrada, por el cual el ruido esta permitido hasta las 10pm. El departamento se encuentra a 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad y a 5 minutos de Cerro Juli "Las convenciones". Tenemos plaza de aparcamiento disponible justo enfrente de la casa.
