1 bedroom basement apartment with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Guests enter into a common area via door at back of home (through gate on left side of driveway). Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.

Come stay at my little farmhouse in the city where you will be close to all the amenities that Kansas City offers… A bed and breakfast with the warmth and friendliness of the country but in the city… My home is welcome for families to enjoy…I have a bedroom area with an attached room, a crib, and twin bed with a separate bathroom… Traveling nurses welcome!!! I was in pediatric nursing for 25 years… I am also just 8 minutes from the Chiefs and Royals stadiums!!!

In addition to being quiet and secluded, we are less than 10 minutes from shopping and many restaurants and less than 30 minutes from Downtown The Farmhouse is one of three available properties at Mike's Folly, a privately held working FFA farm. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
