The location was easy to find, the house was extremely clean and organized. We love the space with the fireplace. Helpful and kind hosts, the pool was cleaned every morning. Very beautiful and pleasant space to relax and with many items that made the stay easier. We loved the trip, including our pet who had a blast, we hope to return soon!

I and my family love the accommodation, house is simple but very clean and organized, we find everything we need, clean bedding, well-equipped kitchen, very good barbecue area, and the pool also very good, the house has a beautiful view to the dam, and it also has access for those who like to fish or ride a jet ski, there in the region we find it to rent, it was a wonderful weekend, super recommend and we are sure to come back. Plots improving the lighting of the pool, the night is very dark to be a very large area, and the showers that come out little water.

Wesley was very helpful from the beginning, he welcomed us and showed us every detail of the house with great affection, which is undoubtedly wonderful, from the hydro to the bathroom with two showers and of course the very comfortable rooms, we had days of rest and a lot of peace, close to the restaurant with a wonderful view too, I definitely recommend everyone to stay with Wesley.

The place is simply magical, my fiancé and I have always invested time in huts in the mountains to look for a moment of disconnection and Victor's space went beyond any expectation we had. We take great advantage of the silence, the singing of birds, the natural pool and the trails, the viewpoint is as impeccable as the rest of the place. We took our dachs cubs and it's over! Anyway, just compliments, if we could go every weekend.

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Excellent value for money and the accommodation is in a good location. At night, everything is very quiet. I recommend it.

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well decorated, quality furniture and with everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The whole house is immersed in nature. We were able to enjoy nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a cooler part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and we didn't want to leave. Blankets, bedding, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we'd be back next time. A solitary host and always quickly available to assist us.

Absolutely perfect: from the first contact with Márcio, who was very polite and helpful, until the departure. A beautiful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the family. Excellent infrastructure, everything impeccably clean and organized, the housekeeper Cicero is a gem of kindness, Solange made us cakes, scrambled eggs, and a lot of treats. Our 3-day stay in São Francisco Xavier was simply spectacular! The refuge is magical, a true synonym for peace. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, with nights full of stars and even shooting stars that made the nights even more special. The fireplace brought an extra charm, creating a cozy and perfect environment to renew the energies. The internet worked very well and I was even able to work in a conference on Monday.
 The hosts, Mariana and Nilson, were extremely helpful, resolving all our issues quickly and always with great kindness. Each day was unique, and the experience was so remarkable that we will definitely be back! A journey that will forever remain in our memories.

I chose Márcio's farm to celebrate my birthday and it was the best choice I made! From the beginning Márcio, Antônio and Letícia were super attentive, helpful and very kind. Always recommending places, responding quickly and helping with any questions. The house is even more amazing than in the photos, the pool is a delight! I hired the band Os Colombinos to play at the party and it was literally a SHOW... Marcio's farm has full structure for this type of event!!! We will definitely be back soon!

The space is quite comfortable and quiet, perfect for a rest. The cottage is close to the city, about 15 minutes by car on a very well-maintained dirt road. Inside the property, the chalet is in a secluded space, which guarantees a lot of privacy. The view from the chalet is very pleasant and at all times you can see birds in the trees and occasionally some dog from the neighborhood comes to visit (all very well behaved and friendly, none entered the chalet or made any noise). Edu and Elder were excellent hosts, sent us valuable tips about the city and were very helpful throughout the stay. Excellent space for those who want to stay in the tranquility of São Francisco Xavier.

The space of grace is beautiful, very charming, and she is so careful in the details: she thought of absolutely everything for a perfect stay. The cottage is beautiful, all the utensils are new, the bed and bath linen and cleaning are impeccable. Besides, Graça was a sweetheart the whole time in communication, flexibility and in leaving treats for us.
