This designer room is a 2LDK measuring 51.3㎡, offered entirely as a private rental without any shared spaces with other guests. It boasts a simple and refined design, compact yet fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has accommodated as few as two and as many as six guests so far. The spacious 2LDK layout includes a toilet right upon entering. The living room is straight ahead, featuring a kitchen and dining area at the front. Guests can freely use basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) in the kitchen. In the back of the living room, you can enjoy meals at a low table or relax and watch TV on the sofa. Next to the kitchen, there's a door leading to the wash basin, washing machine, and bathroom. There are two bedrooms, each with one king-size bed. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more people. Regarding the beds, we provide carefully selected products from the globally trusted bedding manufacturer Simmons, focusing on comfort and quality to enhance your stay. 際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。 南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.
