Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

The place is 400m from the city center, with easy access to all important points. We are in the pedestrian zone and area of the PARENZANA bike track. The link for cyclists is great by the sea. It is only 4.7 km from under centuries-old pines to Koper. But if you choose a bike path towards Portorož and Piran, you have two climbs and tunnels of the old PARENZANA railway. Izola has the city beach Lighthouse, the cleanest sea is here. The beach has a natural shade of pine trees. We bathe in the sea until mid October.

You will stay around 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to city center. The nearest beach is around 8 min walk (Defin beach).
