Near the house there is a beech forest (50 m), and on the other side there is the Prut River (150 m). The estate has a kitchen with everything you need, an area on the third floor with a soft part and a flat-screen TV and magnificent landscapes. The nearest cafe is 200 m away, grocery stores are 150 m away, and the center is 500 m away. Bukovel resort is 40 km away, railway station is 1.3 km away, bus station is 1 km away.
