Private 3 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) in the upstairs portion of a new house. 3 rooms upstairs separated from the downstairs by a 2nd entrance, so you have private access. Master bedroom has a seating area, attached bath, walk in closet. The 2 other rooms share a bath. Kitchen newly built upstairs specifically for the 3 upstairs rooms. This is a very safe neighborhood in a newly built community. Close to Sequoia National Park. Everything is as you see in the pics, but it's a must see in person!

If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay you’ve found it. This Villa has had tons of love poured into it to make our guests feel like they never left home. Complete with a homey living space with a sleeper sofa, games, Smart TV with cable, and a stocked kitchen, you can just enjoy your reason for visiting. We are located near the 198 highway for easy on and off access to the Sequoias. We are also a short drive from the downtown area with lots of local restaurants and shopping.

We just wrapped up a weekend here and, honestly, the place blew us away. Place was pretty clean, It’s laid-out cozy walk in and it smells like fresh pine. We had really latte made in cafe machine, Up in the loft, the bed sits below a massive triangular window that looks straight into the treetops which is beautiful and there’s even a projector for movie nights. We cooked almost every meal in the well-stocked kitchen, and after dark we headed to the deck, fired up the grill, and chilled around the fire table with drinks in hand. Tons of nearby trails to oak forests, pines, and the famous 100 Giants Trail all close by.

Betsy’s home was absolutely wonderful—definitely a five-star place to stay! Everything about the property was clean and beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. After a long, tiring day, being able to come back and sleep in such a cozy bed was pure happiness. Our whole family also loved Betsy’s garden, vegetable patch, and chicken coop—not to mention her adorable cats! We had such a lovely time here, and our child had a blast playing around. I also want to give a special mention to the amazing breakfast Betsy provided. It was hands down the most beautiful and delicious breakfast I’ve had in the U.S.! You could truly feel the care and effort she put into every detail. Thank you, Betsy, for giving us such a perfect experience. This is the most home-like place I’ve ever stayed at on Airbnb—it truly felt like staying at a warm and welcoming relative’s house. Betsy’s home is an absolute must-stay for anyone visiting Kings Canyon and Sequiria!

We loved our stay at Maria’s! The place was very clean, and Maria was very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool very much, and the bed was very comfortable! All the instructions were clear, and the place was easy to access. We would definitely recommend the place to anybody!

We loved our stay at Azra’s place. Check-in was easy and quick. We loved the neighborhood and the ability to get food or anything else we needed nearby. We always felt safe too! The listing was just as described and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
