Beautiful sunset view, a private path surrounded by fruit trees, and even a natural spring you can drink from directly! This private oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway after hiking the Pico da Bandeira, visiting coffee farms, or just enjoying the countryside. Only 5 min from Alto Caparao square. Possui uma ampla sala de estar, cozinha compacta completa, banheiro, quarto de casal no mezanino, varanda e estacionamento no local (compartilhado com o ChaléVistaBella2). O chalé fica localizado na zona rural a menos de 1km da cidade.

Lovely landscape, romantic place amidst nature, surrounded by mountains, with waterfall inside the property and others that can be reached on foot. Ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. Nearest city (Santa Marta) is 4 km away where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is only 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
