The access is fully asphalted and illuminated! It is the ideal place to enjoy contact with nature, clean air and large green area. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and one cottage with an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms (in the house, in the cottage and an outdoor one), a kitchen, a living room, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a laundry room, a playground and a play area.

Here, your alarm clock will be the singing of birds early in the morning and your swimming pool will be the Jacaré River! (In total, there are 3 bathrooms, 2 in the house and 1 separate).
