About 5 km from the beach, it is a great option for enjoying the coast in a very quiet location. If you need it, there is an urban bus line from the neighborhood to downtown right at the door. We are less than 1 km from popular markets, snack bars and shops in the neighborhood.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.

Spend the day at Guarau Beach (3 km - 10 min) or Cachoeira do Paraiso (10.6 km) or Barra do Una (16.4 km) and rest in an environmental reserve! We have a mini trail, a lake, a natural pool, a century-old fig tree, a large space with a barbecue, native forest, a wide variety of birds and flowers. We accept pets. We do not provide bed linen and towels.
