The house is in a gated community, it is quite comfortable and safe. It is in a good location, with easy access to essential shops. Samaria was very dear and kind. I will definitely return.

I loved the stay! The place is pleasant, cozy and perfect to be. It is close to the beach, and, in addition, it is possible to see other beaches in less than 20 minutes by car. Carlos and Leila are kind and polite people. I'll definitely be back more often.

Our stay was short but it was a great experience, the location is great, the house is very clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, a few small things from our belongings went missing during the time we were there and we could not figure out what happened to them. The hosts were informed and very kind about it.

Cesar and the staff there are very kind, understanding, and helpful. I liked the location and the space is small but functional with everything I needed. Because the building is a small courtyard surrounded by big buildings, it has higher humidity. Also some of the sounds of the areas are magnified there. Most nights were peaceful, but there were a couple loud nights in my stay of about a month. The aircon helps with the humidity. It was definitely a good value and a nice stay! I especially love the area and proximity to Paraiso and Brigadeiro metro stations.

Luciana was very attentive, the wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, with everything small we needed. The location of the house is wonderful,very close to everything. For those who go on show at the Allianz Park there is no better place....I turn the corner has arrived.

Carlos has always been very helpful, from the first contact. The place is impeccable with great kitchen structure, utilities, etc. The leisure space is shared with other units (swimming pool, barbecue area) and everything is very well maintained and cared for. The road to the beach is by a beautiful trail with remnants of preserved Atlantic Forest, which lasts about 15 min ( by foot). If you are with children, use the car to the Orla. Carlos allowed the use of two bikes, which allowed us to walk through almost the entire Riviera. We will return more often for sure.

Iberê was very helpful in the face of several changes I had to make on the dates of the stay, and responds very quickly. About the site, it has a great location, in a dead end street where there is not much movement of cars. Well wooded town hall and well private and quiet place. Good house structure, but one suggestion is to surround the staircase upstairs, I found it a little dangerous. But I would be there again, because the neighborhood is extremely quiet and the house is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurant, subway... Very good!

Great house, on the sand, rooms with good space, very clean and organized house. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen with various utensils, pots and everything very clean. The Costa do Sol condominium is excellent for spending a few days with the family, having a very quiet and pleasant beach. The condominium has a market and bakery and is located near the Riviera, with restaurant options. The house is worth every cent.

We stayed for 4 days in this wonderful house Even before the booking was confirmed, Cristiano had already helped me a lot, answering all my questions and helping me with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were perfect with Da. Laucildes, very attentive, polite and helping with everything, making our stay easier. The house is PERFECT, very cozy and quiet. The common areas are integrated, making socializing perfect even with people doing different things at the same time. The condominium is very good, safe, beautiful, wooded and quiet. The rooms are great, the beds are also great and all with air-conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are complete. The pool is a delight, always very clean, the pool attendant goes every morning to clean it, which guarantees perfect use. To conclude my review, this choice was a 1000 Congratulations to Cristiano

The stay at Evelyn's place was wonderful. Very close to the beach (5 minutes walk), all the windows and doors have a protective screen and the mattresses are excellent. The condominium is quiet and the pool is clean. The beach is super structured and quiet, in addition to the kiosks, has bathrooms, showers, sand volleyball courts and children's playground. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies, bakeries and leisure options. I'll definitely be back soon.

Valene's house is like being in paradise. Nice, comfortable, clean, it has everything we needed to spend a few days in Guaratuba, relaxed. Beach access is a dream, being able to enjoy the pool. All the spaces are comfortable and we took advantage of them. Valene is super willing to help with anything, from anything that comes up to giving information about the area. If God wants, we'll be back soon. We already knew Guaratuba, and I can say that Valene's house is in the best area of the beach, very quiet. And to get to the river, she lent us bicycles. Valene's house is definitely the best option in Guaratuba.
