The space has a full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, central AC (for the living room and integrated kitchen), a ceiling fan for the double bedroom, and an ideal environment for a home office. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING OR TOWELS, THESE ITEMS MUST BE BROUGHT FOR YOUR STAY.

The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Guests will have comfortable and clean accommodations to spend a good time; an equipped kitchen and utensils available to prepare whatever they wish; they will be a few meters from the waterfront/beach, blocks from beach tennis and other sports and piers for boarding tours; the historic center, markets and restaurants will also be suggested and are very close to better enjoy this magical island.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
