I had a great experience during my four-day stay at the apartment. The property is exactly as in the photos: clean, well decorated, comfortable and with an amazing view. The location is excellent sea front and local shops, which made everyday life much easier. The host was thoughtful and helpful . I recommend it to everyone who wants to rest and enjoy the coastline with tranquility and comfort. I will definitely return!

Excellent apartment and an even more host. The apartment is elegant, spacious, with lots of natural light and exquisite decor. Maickel responded instantly to all our inquiries and very kindly. My husband and I definitely recommend it. A 10 in all!

The apartment, as well as the building and its facilities, are very modern, clean and organized. Everything in the apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and functional. My sister and I love the elegant, clean and minimalist but very stylish decoration. I would just like to suggest that the microwave be at a more accessible height, because, especially for me, who is short, using the appliance was very complicated. In addition, although the building is new, with a modern design and a very current structure, the bathrooms are devoid of a sanitary shower, which is common in all other properties we saw in Itapema. Other than that, we really liked the apartment. The administrator Tiago, who kept in touch with us the most, was always attentive. I want to thank him for all his kindness and promptness in meeting our demands.

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. Super recommend and for sure we will host again.

Our stay at the Itapema apartment was great, very comfortable, large and well decorated, all according to the photos presented. The location was good, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local shops. Also, the impeccable cleaning. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Guilherme was an excellent host, always available to answer us and answer our questions. The accommodation and stay were wonderful, we really felt at home. It surpassed my expectations. I liked the attention to the details of the finishes and ambient lighting. Good distribution of the nautical sofas and the sea view is charming. I liked the size of the bathing area of the suite, I think about even doing it the same. The cleanliness of the jacuzzi could be of particular attention. A great house to stay at! We had a problem with another accommodation, and we needed to find a quick one already almost 11 p.m., and Vitalino answered us, and accepted our request quickly. The house is impeccable, it has EVERYTHING you need, clean place, well organized, identical to what was advertised. The host is helpful and responds quickly, I certainly recommend it, and I will return more often to stay in the same place!

Apartment well located, it met our expectations,close to everything. The only caveat,which could have basic items for cleaning the apartment ex( sponge,detergent, soothing because what you have is broken),small details,in the most all jewelry! I highly recommend!

Everything perfect, the location is excellent, we were with 5 children so we chose to be close to the beach. There is everything close, market, pharmacy, shops, restaurants... Spacious apartment with everything you need! It would come back other times absolutely! Super recommend to everyone!!

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
