We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, very stylish, and the attendance of the staff was exceptional. The staff was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an oasis inside with fabulous space, a dreamy terrace, very clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly attentive staff. Great value for the money. We hope to stay here again.

Juliana’s listing is great, specifically for anyone who works remotely and wants to be away from heavy noise but still in a central location. Internet is strong and the unit itself came with everything I needed for a 2 and a half week stay. Juliana’s team was also very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Jean at the front desk was very proactive, communicative and went above and beyond in terms of assistance throughout my stay. Other members of the team who assisted in my accommodations were Matteo and David (who speaks flawless in English) at the front desk and Uber and Walter from security. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city for the first time.

Wellness concept was greater than expected. Loved the food and that it didn’t contain seed oils.

Caro was very attentive to the requests and questions we had the whole time. She responded quickly and took the requirements into account. The hotel is nice and is located in a good area of the city

Really beautiful and the breakfast was so so good. (Cappuccino with oat milk? Yes please). We’re both vegan and the chef went above and beyond to create breakfasts off menu for us. All staff were lovely. Perfect location.

Can't say enough great things about this place, HIGHLY recommend the Presidential Suite if you are traveling with a group in Medellin. The room is beautiful with a massive heated pool and jacuzzi seats, great sound system, large bedrooms, steps from the entrance, access to the rooftop pool, attentive and friendly staff, guests allowed, 24 hour room service, etc. Will be back!

The location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and our room was clean. Didnt use the comun areas but looks very nice. Good value for the location.

Very nice apartment. The area is safe and you can walk at night without problems. You can find food nearby and if you want to use the subway, the station is only 3 blocks away.

Great place to stay in Laureles in a safe neighborhood. The staff are friendly, and attentative to your needs. I was very impressed.

I loved staying with Ángela at her beautiful, apartment. The location couldn't be more perfect, right next to primer parque de Laureles. The apartment is very big and spacious, with wonderful decor (including Ángela's art and ceramics - she's very talented.) The room is also spacious, with natural light which I love. Ángela is easy-going, friendly and very interesting - we had great chats and I felt right at home. I wish I could've stayed longer!

This time, we stayed in one of the other rooms at Romero en Flor — and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. You can really tell how much love and attention to detail Flor puts into every space. The atmosphere in the whole house is calm and peaceful — perfect after a long day exploring Medellín. We especially appreciated the little touches: beautiful plants, a delicious scent in the air, and the feeling that nothing is ever too much to ask. Flor and Juli continue to be the heart of this place. Their warmth and hospitality make every stay here something truly special. Highly recommend — and I hope to return again soon!
