The 35m2 apartment is located on the 8th floor of a condominium - ideal for couples or individual travelers. There´s a big garden, where guests can sun bath or work, or pick fruits or vegetables for immediate consumption. (Of course seasonal.) On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa/pull out bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Above the living area there is a loft with 3 additional beds. The loft could only be reached by a ladder. There is air-conditioning and floor heating in the house.
