Welcome to my listing, "Umi-Oyabun"! This is the owner, Shou. What kind of accommodation is this? I don't have the vocabulary, so I'll quote and introduce reviews from guests. Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

The concept is "Malibu Ichinomiya", a California resort where both adults and children can enjoy. If you open the window in the living room, you can find a 100-square-meter garden surrounded by nature. In addition to outdoor activities such as BBQs, barrel saunas, and bonfires, children and adults can fully enjoy activities such as petite soccer and badminton. It has a good view and is surrounded by a wood fence, so small children can play safely and can also be used as a small dog run. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is a great facility for a group of 2-3 families. It is a simple inn with a hint of the Showa era, limited to one group.From the second person, it is 4,500 yen.Feel free to use it with friends or on your own.There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so unfortunately it is difficult for people who are not good with animals to use it. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow road that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, it is difficult for those who don't like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ inn.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping. It is a little inconvenient, but it is a quiet environment.Please feel free to use it as if you were in a small villa. ☆Barbecue equipment rental is 2000 yen.Please clean up by 10 pm and enter the room. *Food is not included in the price.

Our inn is a remodeling of a 100 year old Japanese traditional house, and you can touch Japanese tradition through our inn. Also I have been an English teacher for whole my life, so pls do not hesitate to ask details in advance. note; we can pay back 2200JPY for 2 to 12 years per kids when checked out.

This is what you’ll find at Grandma’s House, a tastefully preserved mid-twentieth century cottage five minutes on foot from Toyoumi Beach in Kujukuri town.

This house is an old Japanese traditional house built in 1948. We renovated inside so it is very clean and comfortable. I am an artist There is a kitchen and living area at the1st floor and you can see the little Japanese garden from it. The 2nd floor is an also traditional tatami room and sleep with Japanese style of bed (FUTON) so you will have real Japanese life style at our place.
