Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Agàpe Ortigia

Agàpe Ortigia is an accommodation created with Love in the magical island of Ortigia, in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the major sites of interest. The independent room is large and spacious, has a double bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee corner, but the peculiarity of this accommodation apart from the furnishings is the bathroom which, in addition to having the main amenities, offers a large sunken tub where you can relax.

The house, a small home in the heart of the Umbertino district, full of restaurants, services and clubs, a few steps from Ortigia (about 500 meters), is easily reached by car (parking is free on the street). From June 1, 2024, the Municipality of Syracuse will also charge a tourist tax for short rentals, so the tourist tax is €4 per night (i.e. 4% of the cost per night) up to a maximum of 7 nights to be paid after checking in on Airbnb.
