Holiday rentals with beach access in Isola delle Femmine

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

A fabulous Apartment in the best location. It is better than the photographs, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The panoramic views are wonderful.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the minimarket (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to return!

Nicoletta was a fantastic host - very responsive and flexible with arrival time and check out time. The villa is clean and well-maintained. The courtyard was lovely for meals outdoors. We were able to park the rental car on the property which was great. The only (minor) draw back is the restaurant across the road, which is a little loud and occasional traffic sounds from the street which could be heard clearly in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great holiday. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. You need your own car to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They segregated a part but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to stay longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. 300 metres to the beautiful beach. To the place with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!

Santo was very warm and friendly. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the centre. Best location possible. I was also lucky to receive a very nice cultural gift from the beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying for several days and driving wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

The apartment was great, all super clean, couldn’t ask for more, anything i could needed was there and more. Super comfortable and although was nice warm weather we didn’t felt the need to use the AC. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, some really good local restaurants away from the tourist traps. Really enjoyed the stay.
