Close to everything and very easy to access, this fully renovated 52 m2 apartment will offer you a peaceful "beach" break! Passionate about decoration, I wanted to create an original cocoon with a different atmosphere in every room. You will want for nothing and will be able to arrive independently. A bus stop is located in front and a parking space is reserved for you at the back in the courtyard not visible from the street. A pizzeria and a pharmacy are right across the street.

This small apartment with windows on two sides is located on the ground floor of a large house, in a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuillas, a 20-minute walk from the very centre. It consists of a small living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom overlooking a private, shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays, but for ecological reasons, I no longer provide linen unless requested. There is a €12 surcharge.)

Two-room apartment of 27 m² located in the centre of ISLE, 5 minutes from the CHU, close to bus lines. In the entrance, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a small living room furnished with a sofa, a table and 2 chairs, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed that opens onto a bathroom with a toilet. You are facing a small, quiet, shady square with a fountain. A year-round farmers' market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, a 2-minute walk away. Enjoy your stay.

Close to the city center, "Le Nid" is a 60 m² T3 apartment, cozy and bright, completely renovated, on the top floor (with elevator) of a secure, very quiet and wooded residence. You will enjoy its soft and relaxing atmosphere, its panoramic view as well as all its facilities and amenities: loggia, wifi, private parking, bus stop and essential shops at the foot of the residence (catering, bakery, supermarket), close to the Faculty of Arts and hospitals.
