Dpt furnished and equipped, very spacious and comfortable, well ventilated and with great lighting. Shared use of a large pool, grill and terraces. It has an American kitchen with high and low bakeries, a dining room with a plasma. Two spacious rooms, one room with a 2plz bed + cabin and the other room bed 2plz + two 1.5plz beds, Also has a 2plz sofa bed. Aforo 8 personas, can enter more with an additional price.

Excellent house, I included everything I described. The location was simple, to come and go to Plaza de mollendo is only 1 way to take great location. Comfortable rooms, kitchen room. Excellent pool with good night lighting. Bathrooms on all sides of the house, up to a private one to bathe before entering the pool. The Garage is well comfortable for the entrance of 3 trucks. The kitchen area is perfect even with a great refrigerator to keep drinks cool.

Juan Manuel was an excellent host, attentive to our doubts and kind in responding to them. The place is just as described, with an equipped kitchen and premiered furniture. The rooms were comfortable and with large ropers to place our belongings. The pool was clean and ready for your use. I was delighted, I would repeat my visit.

This house was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again. It had plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop deck was exactly as shown in the pictures. You could see and hear the waves crashing on the shore. The private pool was very relaxing. We usually ended the day in the private pool watching the sunset. There is also a gas station that is very close (walkable) where you can buy any essential items you need which was super convenient.

The very nice and perfect place to spend a few quiet days on the beach, we had communication with Yamili at all times, the place exceeded my expectations, it looks the same or better than the photos, maybe the only recommendation I have would be to clean the kitchen a little better, otherwise I am satisfied.
