We really enjoyed our time at Paradise Casa. A great spot to get to Pennekamp quickly and enjoy each sunset right outside the RV. The inside was well laid out and our family of 5 was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and user friendly. We spent a lot of time outdoors looking over the water, listening to the palm fronds sway in the breeze and relaxing. Just know that the empty lot next door does become the local fishing spot. Overall the stay was wonderful

Pedro’s condo was exactly what we needed. We needed a base from which we could access our boat and still enjoy the Keys. It was great to come back, shower and relax after very busy days! It’s a place we would come back to and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

7 of us got together to celebrate our brother getting married, and it was super relaxing and chill. A lot of oceanic adventures and things to do in the area, plus the resort amenities was nice bonuses to enjoy, which is all exactly what he wanted. We had a swell time, and everyone was friendly in the area too. Host was communicative and everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!

This is a very cozy and clean house, which is located in a quiet and beautiful area. In this house you will find everything for a comfortable vacation. Our children were happy and did not get out of the pool. Katie was very attentive to us and answered our questions lightning fast! I definitely recommend this house for a vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time. We definitely enjoyed the backyard! The jacuzzi was everything! I was highly satisfied with how well the kitchen was stocked and love that we were in a central location. Overall the experience of the home was Outstanding. Thank you so much Cindy !

great communication, Had the air mattress for us when we arrived. Would recommend more linens. We had teens so could just be them but would be better to not have to keep washing. Thank you for the amazing time

We had a nice stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are 3 levels and another outdoor staircase to get up on to the rooftop area. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. The grounds and the pools at the resort were great. We spent most of the days outside. The condo is located in a busy area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There are some basic supplies like small shampoo bottles and some spices for cooking but you will need to bring or buy your own. There are plenty of dishes and cookware between the 2 kitchens but no plastic cups to take outside.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

The stay was streamline and perfect from start to finish super quick with communication and house was so clean and had plenty of stay for myself and 5 other guests for Miami music week would 10/10 stay here again was right by brickell city center and bayfront park and so ideal. Super glad to come back and stay again at this wonderful home. If you’re thinking about staying here stop thinking and just book it you won’t be disappointed at all the bathrooms were amazing by the way and super nice showers and amazing backyard and kitchen! Couldn’t have asked for a better host and home to stay for Miami music week didn’t break the bank at all splitting between me and few friends !
