Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Island Park

Hi - we had a large family from 75+ year old grandparents, teens and preteen. This was a beautiful and spacious place to rest and reset after our daily adventures in Yellowstone National Park. What was most impressive was how well equipped the home was. Each restroom had large shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen had plenty of nice plates, utensils, crock pot, griddle, etc. There were so many nice touches in the detail of thinking of what guests would need at this location. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin! It was super clean, cozy, and very comfortable — everything we needed to cook and feel right at home was provided. The bear-themed decor was absolutely lovely and added so much charm to the place. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We also really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly — our pup loved it too! The little patio with the BBQ and fire ring was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Jamie was the perfect host — kind, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. A truly wonderful experience. We’d love to come back!

We stayed for 5 nights with 6 adults and a kiddo and it was the perfect spot! Lots to do between Island Park, Yellowstone, and Montana. The drive into Yellowstone is reasonable and we were able to do Yellowstone in 2 days. The separate “apartment” was perfect for having a little one. Both areas of the property were nice, well kept, and cozy. It had a great view of the lake and the fire pit and chairs was one of our favorite parts. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and grill which was helpful and convenient. I highly recommend this property!!

My family and I used Shaun’s place as a base camp for exploring Yellowstone National Park. We used the campfire and indoor hot tub nightly. Shaun provided everything needed for the vacation. Shaun even had two bear sprays and multiple ice chests for us to use. The daily views of the Bald Eagle and Moose were an added bonus.

LOVED this place so much. We accidentally booked it thinking that the west Yellowstone entrance was open... and we had such a rude awakening to find out it wasn't however, this place was such a silver lining. It was beautiful and fun and we loved every moment there.

This was a beautiful place to stay. I loved all the windows. The inside was very nice and clean, just as described. We were able to watch the wild life from the kitchen table. So cool! We took our ATV’s and were able to go for a ride right from the house. The host was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here again next year if we are able to make it back over. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in this home just minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone. Mindy was always very responsive. Plenty of space for our family and very clean. We enjoyed grilling on the patio. Living room furnishings are a little old but everything else was lovely.

Everything about America’s place was spot on! Great spot for getting to Yellowstone and Grand Teton! Found great restaurants and a very affordable stay! Memories were made for sure! Thanks again!!

What a perfect, darling location to stay out! Mama Bears cabin served as a hub for two nest friends to bring their families together from 2,000 miles away, and boy were we lucky! For families, every single detail was thought of-from nightlights for tiny people to the comfy beds and linens to all the yard games you could ask for. The fenced in backyard was perfect to make you feel safe and the hot tub was the added bonus! I'd highly recommend this location to any family or couples trying to get away. We used it as our hub to visit Yellowstone and the Tetons and we would've been fine just staying there for the entire trip. The last day we did just stay and let the kids play for hours. ❤️ Mama bears tiny touches...like visiting grandma's house. Thank you for the precious memories you helped us create. And thank you Jared for all you did to help us out and be communicative!

Had a great stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Great location for fishing and hiking. Exactly what we needed!

It is a beautiful cabin right on the lake. The kayaks helped us enjoy the lake without needing to get in the cold water. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Island Park is spread out and things like grocery stores are not close by but we were looking for a quiet and secluded time away from life, and that is exactly what we got. We were still able to stay connected with great WiFi (cell service is spotty).

The unit was great, the view from the deck is gorgeous. No complaints about the stay whatsoever, would definitely recommend if you need to extra soace and incredibly grateful the cabin was dog friendly.

House was perfect. It was well accommodating for our large group. We came up here for a weekend snowmobile trip and it was great to be able to ride from the cabin. The cabin is cozy and very inviting, we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling cider and some chocolates. The indoor hot tub was amazing. Definitely would stay at this place again, thank you.

The cabin was super quaint and very peaceful. I loved the details inside like the wood burning heater, the old school oven and the wood detailing in the bedrooms. It was just as pictured; a perfect cabin! About 30 minutes to the west entrance of Yellowstone so it was great for exploring. Beautiful scenery on the drive into the park :) would highly recommend staying here.

Really beautiful spot! The Tin Can Cottage is a great little place to stay! Brooke was friendly and responded pretty fast.

this cabin is a delightful treat in the woods near Island Park. do keep in mind, this is a rustic cabin, use it as an excuse to disconnect from your devices. you may have some canine visitors (Hank, Willow, and Scout), other than demanding scratches and pets they are harmless. you should probably bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, and any seasonings you need, the nearest grocery is 8 miles down the road. lastly, if you need anything, message Michael, he'll get right back to you.

I would highly recommend a stay here in Island Park. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was spacious, top appliances, double fridge and plenty of kitchen items to whip up a full turkey feast. The house is well laid out for having friends and family. There are 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the back porch which leads to either the hot tub or running creek in the backyard. The bunk room is amazing as well with three queen size beds and the upper bunk beds. The bathroom is unique with two showers which was cool! It’s also not typical to have almost all the streaming services on the TV already signed in and ready to use which was appreciated as the house is very remote. Highly recommend would definitely return for a second stay.

This cabin was very clean and cozy! It was perfect for my family of seven. The hot tub was clean and there was a nice fire pit area we spent a couple of nights around! We had no issues at all… We had a couple of questions and they were answered right away!

Had a great stay at the cabin! wanted a getaway to relax and ride snowmobiles. The cabin had everything we needed and the hot tub was greatly enjoyed.

Cute and cozy! Hot tub was a great end to each day. On the smaller size, but great use of its space! Keep in mind the steep staircase too main 2 bedrooms when booking. There is a bedroom on lower level, if this is a concern! Host was helpful and responsive! Loved our stay, and loved the memories this place delivered!

You can not go wrong with this rental especially if your a good sized group. There is plenty of space for all. One of the best equipped rentals we have done, they literally have everything you need. I was working from home a couple of days we were there and the internet is amazing I was able to do quality zoom calls with no issues. All the rooms have king beds and are so comfy. The porches are relaxing for a morning cup of coffee and the surrounding settings are peaceful and serene.
