Very attentive from the beginning, everything was facilities and upon arrival they even let us choose between 2 apartments that they had available . The views of 10 and also provided us with information to visit or eat in the area .

From the moment we arrived at the apartment we felt right at home. Santi and Rocío were watching over us at all times. The place is beautiful, super cozy, very clean and with incredible facilities. We'll be back soon.

Everything is fine. Unfortunately, there is currently a large construction site directly in front of the house. But since you are in the middle of the city, you can cope with it.

A good place to stay if you want peace and quiet. It is secluded from everything but close to the most touristy areas. the house is very spacious, clean and with everything you need (and more) a nice garden and pool.

We had a wonderful time in Nerga. The apartment is very quietly located directly on a forest, through which you can walk to the great beaches. The apartment is very clean and optimally equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by Carmen & Uven. They were great hosts with lots of valuable tips. We immediately embraced the two of us with their two sweet dogs and will definitely be back.

A fantastic weeks stay at Elena’s wonderful penthouse apartment. Fantastic roof terrace wrapping around the flat catching the sun rise and sun set on the island. Elena was so helpful with information and so kind with providing toys for our 6 and 2 year old children. Location was perfect. Pool great. Enjoyed hiring bikes and exploring the island. Cambados for the wine festival was good fun. The apartment is so well appointed, a real home away from home.

It was our second time at Santiago's house, and we will surely repeat. We feel at home in your apartment, which is very cozy and does not lack detail. The building's grounds are delightful, very quiet and with several spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Santiago is waiting for everything to go well. The concierge staff are also very attentive. The apartment is impeccable and is very comfortable. The development comes with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The location is excellent for visiting the Island of La Toja and to get to know the entire Rías Baixas area, which is beautiful. Oscar has turned out to be a great host, the communication has always been smooth and we thank him for his advice. If we have a chance, let's go back.

Great value for money, the price is great for the location it's in. In addition to having very easy access, it is a 3-minute walk from the Marina and next to Casco Vello and the city centre. No matter the schedule, the location is very convenient (especially for me, who had a stroller and needed easy access to the city. Although the entrance to the building has stairs, there is an elevator inside, which is of great help. Cesar was very helpful when I needed help and responded very quickly to my messages. The space is completely renovated and decorated with great care and good taste. Alexa is integrated with the whole house and, despite not having air conditioning, the house is equipped with top-notch appliances, such as a Dyson fan and heaters. The sofa bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is complete and impeccable, with a good space to prepare some meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Ideal accommodation for a couple who is interested in visiting the rías bays. Well communicated, quiet and bright even though it's a ground floor. Good communication with Oscar. I recommend it.
