This apartment was specially designed for couples who want to immerse themselves in the authentic Seville and enjoy a few days together. Its location in the heart of the city's vibrant atmosphere and the addition of a large whirlpool bathtub make it perfect for a romantic getaway. Located on the ground floor of a building, it has a direct entrance from the street, so there's no need to access it from inside the building. You can access the apartment by car, so leaving your luggage won't be a problem. Its ground-floor location might be its least fortunate feature, but its spaciousness, with over 40 square meters of usable space, its design, its amenities, and the fact that it has a Jacuzzi suitable for two people certainly deserve to be considered outstanding qualities. The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with the aim of making it the ideal place for a romantic getaway with your partner. It is a loft-style apartment, where the continuity of space and the interplay of different areas and permeable elements define the various spaces without any doors separating them, except for the bathroom and the toilet, which is located within the bathroom and has a door. The living and dining area is situated in the entrance area, and next to it, to take advantage of the natural light from the windows, the bed is separated from the living area by a partition. The kitchen and bathroom are located inside the apartment. The kitchen has been equipped with great care and everything necessary to make your stay comfortable (dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, etc.). The sofa is a sofa bed for up to two people that opens very easily. We have set up a table for four next to the kitchen area, making breakfasts and meals more comfortable and enjoyable. There is a Smart TV in both the bedroom and the living room, and free Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection are available throughout the apartment. The air conditioning system is centralized, providing both heating and cooling to the living room and the rest of LOFT LAS FLORES SANTA ANA. The bedroom area features a very comfortable and spacious double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite series from bed. Between the bathroom and the bedroom, there is a small room that can be used as a dressing area where you can leave your luggage. Inside the bathroom, you will find a large whirlpool bathtub for two people, a sink, and a spacious shower. The toilet is separate from the rest of the room. We have prepared our LOFT LAS FLORES SANTA ANA to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This spacious, quiet and modern LOFT is equipped with everything you need to make your stay fantastic. Upon arrival, you will find your bed made up, a bath towel and a hand towel per guest, and a hand towel and bath mat in the bathroom. We will provide complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, including toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. You will also find complimentary items in the kitchen, such as coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and napkins. These items are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay, so if you run out of toilet paper or napkins, you will need to purchase them at the nearest supermarket. We will also provide a variety of cleaning products (excluding laundry detergent). All bed linens and towels, as well as complimentary toiletries, will not be replenished, as we do not offer daily room service. Therefore, we are unable to replenish supplies, clean the apartment daily, or change bed linens and towels. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will provide one extra set of sheets per bed and one extra set of towels per guest free of charge. During your stay, you can request apartment cleaning, regular cleaning for longer stays, linen and towel changes, additional towels, childcare, in-home medical assistance, or airport transfers. All of these services are available at an additional cost. ATTENTION GUESTS We will do our best to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. Please respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during quiet hours (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM) are strictly prohibited. A noise meter is installed in the apartment. If the noise levels exceed those established by municipal regulations, you will receive a message or a call from an officer requesting that you reduce the noise. If we are unable to contact you, an agent will come to the apartment and remind you of the city's rules of conduct. Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated containers before leaving on your departure day. We will inform you of the nearest container. We have provided separate recycling bins in the apartment. Please use the air conditioning responsibly. Only use it when you are in the apartment and turn it off when you leave to explore the city. This will not only help the environment, but it will also ensure the units function more efficiently when you actually need them. It is very important to us that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen circumstances can arise. For key collection, you can choose between two options. Please select the one that best suits your needs. The default option is to enter the apartment with a virtual key. This option is always free at any time but requires you to complete the guest registration information. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days in advance to provide you with the necessary information and request your check-in details (you will need to provide a photo of your ID or passport so we can verify the information). Another option is to request in-person key collection. A member of our reception team will be waiting for you at the apartment at the agreed time. To arrange this, we ask that you schedule an appointment with our reception team at least 48 hours before your arrival date. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Early Check-in / Late Check-out Service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If you wish to check into the apartment before the designated key collection time (3:00 PM) on your arrival day in Seville, and subject to availability, we can offer early check-in for a small supplement of €30.00 for arrivals before 2:00 PM. Similarly, if you require a late check-out (after 11:00 AM) on your departure day, we can offer late check-out, subject to availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for departures after 12:00 PM, although the maximum check-out time is 6:00 PM. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November.
