Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Riviera Shack

Great quiet little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. A 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. A few minutes walk from the local golf course. You maybe able to bring your dog - please read content in ‘My Property’ re dogs. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.

Bask in all day sun as you enjoy views South in Paterson Inlet, North to Hananui / Mt Anglen and East into Halfmoon Bay. Located immediately adjacent to Observation Rock ( 1 min stroll on the flat). An ideal base for bird watching, walking and Aurora viewing. You may hear Kiwi call around the house.
