Super good place to stay

Check-in was easy and smooth. Security was tight and alert. Place was well cleaned. The beddings, towels and floor mats are new and comfortable. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Vivi and Li were very helpful and considered. They responded promptly to our requests. Li helped us solving trouble on facility reservation very timely and enabled us stayed out of worrying. The house is clean, tidy and well equipped. They even provide handphone charger cable, beach sandals which are not mentioned in their amenities list. I can see the pool through the big window in the living room. The infinite pool on 40th floor has nice view, too. There are well managed 2 bed rooms with 2 restroom and enough living room. Perfect for family and 2 persons. 4 air conditioners and 4 fans maintains pleasant condition. All utilities that are needed to buy already set. No need to go the coin laundry, no need to buy even any tableware. Enough parking slots. easy to access in and out with QR code. I strongly recommend to stay for family or 2 persons.

Nice to stay there

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

Good place to stay as not near to jam place and peaceful night as not near to road. Nearby got Paradigm Mall.

We booked this place really last minute and we’re glad that Sylvia could accommodate. The communication was very clear with step by step guide on how to check in and get to the place. Once we reach the apartment, we were blown away by how cosy and clean the apartment was. it was really cosy that we felt just like home. Everything was clean and even though it was like a studio apartment, it had more than enough space for 4 pax. We had only 2 pax and the space felt really comfortable. Overall good experience, Sylvia is also very responsive and makes you feel safe and assured. If you’re driving, the location is accessible to a lot of places. If i had to list a cons, the only cons would be that the toilet window is at the corridor, however that is not an issue as you can always just close it. And the place is really safe and secure that residents would probably not bother. Do give this place a shot, i will highly recommend.

Ms Baocai was quick to response and follow up with me eventhough I booked the place pretty last minute. The instructions given for check in was clear and accurate. The parking area as well. Any enquiries asked was promptly answered. The place is amazing, finding food or snacks is just a trip down the lift and you can find all the things there. The place was homely and inviting. The view, from the windows are overlooking the roads and city. Very therapeutic. Looking forward to my next stay there already! Thank you again for the great hospitality and customer service. (:

Sarah's & Yeow's place was clean, cozy and baby friendly; I had my 5 months old twin daughters at their place and it felt like home! All amenities provided was convenient. Thank you for the awesome stay and looking forward to staying at your place in the future 😀

Definitely a must for a short vacation with families. Near to woodlands checkpoint and you can see senoko island from above. Easy to travel as well and walkable from the immigration. Would come again for sure. Owners are all responsive.

Sri is very responsive, her replies are always very prompt. The home is located at a quiet neighbourhood. Check-in is easy, the place is clean and as shown in the photos.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

2nd time returning back to stay, we left our toiletries in our previous stay, host is kind and helpful to keep until our next stay. Definitely not our last time stay, as we have yet to complete host food recommendations !

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
