nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available in the facility (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use every day.I will park in another location) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is wifi, a private kitchen, and a bath and toilet, so I hope you can use it for long-term stays, workcations, etc. Air conditioning (cooling only) installed in March 2025.

A house is a 3-minute walk from the north exit of JR Tsubetsu Station.Please stay with family or group (within 5 people). There is a reputable izakaya across the street, where you can get a welcome drink and Zangi for free. Welcome drinks are also free in the shopping street "Ginhei".You can use both once. Around the station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and you can also source ingredients. There is also a free laundry machine which we can recommend for longer business trips or trips. From April to October (Friday) from 7 to 14 o'clock, a delicious coffee kitchen car comes to the parking lot. In winter, it is a 2 minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop to the Ishikari Plains ski resort.(Runs until mid January) In about 20 minutes.It takes about 10 minutes by car.Please use it for skiing camps. We accept large families displaced by fires, earthquake disasters, etc.You can live immediately for 8 people. There is also food assistance such as rice.Please contact us.

Tobetsu-cho is the only area where you can experience the nature and rural life of Hokkaido, about 40 minutes by train from Sapporo. In addition, in the town where samurai settled, the god of samurai is enshrined in Tobetsu Shrine. The local shops are also attractive, and there are interesting shops such as Gibier specialty shops and taverns where you can interact with cats. I recommend guests to stay for more than a week to experience local life in Dobetsu. If you stay for a long time, you can learn more about Dobetsu-machi.
