Exclusive Mountain Chalet

Charming exclusive Chalet, located at Ninho da Águia Farm, champion in specialty coffees. Our Farm is open to visitors, where we offer a tour that tells the story and process of coffee, from the tree to the cup. In 55 hectares divided into preserved forests, springs to intercropped plantations, in an agroecology management, the sustainable gardens that give rise to our grains are formed. We are next to the entrance of Caparaó National Park, on one of the slopes of Pico da Bandeira.

The access road is in good condition and the chalet is easy to reach.

Located in the middle of a coffee farm, 4 km from the Capixaba Entrance to the Caparaó National Park, it is ideal for nature lovers, hiking and waterfalls. The Terracota dome is 38m², has a 50-inch 4K TV, an equipped mini-kitchen, hot and cold air conditioning, a whirlpool tub, a dining counter and table that can be used for home-office work, as well as a deck with a spectacular view of the mountain and our river.

Located in Vila da Pedra Roxa, our house is super spacious and comfortable. If you're looking to re-energize, relax, or spend quality time with family and friends, this is the ideal space for you. Here you can admire the mountains, observe and listen to the birds and take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the Rio do Meio, which passes behind the property. And it doesn't end there: if you prefer a waterfall, there are a few options within a 10-minute drive.

Charming landscape, romantic place in the midst of nature, surrounded by mountains, with a waterfall within the property and others within walking distance. Ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. The nearest town (Santa Marta) is 4 km away, where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is just 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).

There is no correct address with a number and street, so we send the location by GPS, which is the easiest way to get to the site.
