Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where you’ll feel right at home. The charming bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the living room has a queen size pull out couch. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’ll need. The bathroom has a walk in shower with toiletries. I put in a lot of effort to keep this space clean so that your stay is as comfortable as possible! Two miles from I 90. We have a large property with lots of parking space.

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.

Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.
