Ali's place was in a great area in Baghdad. Plenty of restaurants and shops with several small local markets and bakeries within walking distance. Ali's in-residence employees were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great stay and hope to come back soon. I highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Baghdad for short or long stay.

It was very close to almost everything. ‏I would also like to add that the host himself was very helpful and attentive to the comfort of the tenant. I had an amazing stay at Dr. Ali’s studio for over two weeks. The studio apartment was cozy, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home! The yard was immaculate and added a peaceful touch, while the location in Mansour was perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance from Mansour and Al Rowad Road. Dr. Ali and his team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and quick to address any maintenance requests, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. From a modern gym and swimming pool on the ground floor of the apartment to five restaurants and cafes, and a 24/7 open supermarket Apartment: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment itself is extremely clean with high-quality features, providing everything you have at home. The bed is very comfortable, and the living room, with its cozy set of sofas, is perfect for relaxation. The view from the balcony is ideal for enjoying an evening beer. The garden in the compound is also great. Host: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hakeem, the host, is very professional and always checking to ensure evereything is perfect. Summary: Don’t look for other places.

Hasan was a great host who was helpful with advice about Erbil and how to get around. He also helped with my arrival which was very welcome. The apartment was exactly what I wanted and was a perfect base from which to explore the city.
