From the first contact with Érika, everything happened in the best possible way! The stay was very good, easy to find, well organized, and the kindness of the host exceeded expectations. I recommend it!

The place is exactly as advertised, with all the facilities for cooking or enjoying the outside area. Since the host does not charge a cleaning fee, the house is not as clean as that. I would prefer if I included the cleaning fee.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

The house is wonderful, super well-equipped and with an incredible view of the dam — a true haven! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the coldest nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% relaxed. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

formidable location, just 4 min from downtown Araçoiaba da Serra. The house is very comfortable and we return to history, the smell and the architecture made me go back in time, it reminded my grandmother's house, I felt at home, barbecue area and very good swimming pool. If you like the rustic style, without freshness this place is literally for you. There we leave the world and return in the story. Congratulations to the owners for us was amazing.

The gourmet area is amazing and accommodated the whole family perfectly. The location is great, with easy access to everything. Very cozy house and much better than the photos show. Organized and clean Hambiente. My family and I felt at home. The access is fully paved and there is a complete market 200 meters away, which can be reached on foot Very well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The plus is the puppy Safira, who is beautiful, very polite, affectionate and obedient. We went with our dogs and as soon as we arrived we let Safira loose to play with them. We're definitely going back!

I celebrated my birthday at Wellington's house, we stayed a weekend and everything went very well, the place is very good to stay with friends in peace and quiet, it has a very good pool and even with a little cold you can enter quietly, other than that, we used the wood oven to make some pizzas and it was very cool. We went as 12 people and it was cheap when you split it between everyone, plus there was space and beds left over for everyone... I recommend Wellington's house for travelling with some friends and relaxing, getting out of the routine.

Wonderful Chácara, exactly as it appears in the photos. Easy to reach location, the farm is within a condominium, excellent for hiking and enjoying nature. The Chácara is quite spacious, clean, with all utensils. The bedrooms are all suites and with plenty of bed. My family and I have enjoyed the holiday on site.

Everything was very quiet, the house is very beautiful and comfortable, the location is great for those who want to jump by parachute or fly by balloon, the neighborhood is quiet, I just felt that there is a lack of dishes and chairs, in addition, everything is ok. The stay was great! Pleasant, spacious, quiet location. The house has everything you need, from a coffee maker to a pizza pan. The shower is simply perfect and very hot, comfortable bed. Lucia was extremely helpful, responded quickly and was always available, as well as being funny. Roberto is very friendly, a great storyteller and receptive. I thought everything was very good, for the kids it's great, so for the parents too =). My kids fell in love at first sight. I thought the kitchen structure with the view of the yard was wonderful! Really, everything is very well equipped and well prepared! Both we at the accommodation and the guests for Saturday loved it! All the children ended up playing and even had the participation of the marmosets, they were the surprise factor of the party, lol We took advantage of everything very well, we even made a bonfire on the 2 nights of our stay ❤️ Thank you very much for all the attention from the beginning of the booking to the check-out! We loved our stay! Ana always treated me super well, answering questions and super attentive...Mr. Luiz, the caretaker, is also always available. The house is amazing, large, spacious and with a calm and quiet atmosphere. The space is wonderful, ideal for those with pets, fully fenced and safe. The pool is huge and the outdoor space is perfect for spending pleasant days with the family. The sunrise view is stunning! The gourmet area and kitchen are very well equipped, which made our comfort even easier. Bed linen was available and impeccably clean. We'll be back without a doubt! It was a wonderful experience.
