This was my second stay at Meghan’s place and it was just as great as the first. Meghan is a gracious and kind host who went out of her way to accommodate us. Great location, near the park, restaurants and walking in town. This Air Band B is very comfortable and has a beautiful view off the deck. They always are responsive and provide any needed information.

I was supposed to drive home to Truro but couldn’t due to a snow storm - thankfully, David’s place was available and he was so accommodating for me. I would have been stranded. Then I see the place and was even more blown away - I want to live there. This will be a go to for me when working in Sydney!

Was a lovely bnb and I would stay here again. Spacious with toiletries and everything you may need provided. Parking in the driveway was a bit of a squeeze but there was ample street parking so not a problem! Thanks!

The plane was spacious and was a great location for getting supplies while staying there. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to prepare meals.

The house is modern and lovely with large windows and a deck looking out on the water. The house is large and filled with light, it’s clean and attractive and comfortable. The host John is highly responsive, answers all questions very quickly. It is 1 mile from town which makes it very convenient, and it is also very private and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was a close drive to many restaurants and activities in Chéticamp. We had a great hike up to the Gypsum Mines then came back to cook steak that couldn’t be beat on the charcoal grill. There were many cards and games provided that we played all night long. Was a perfect stay for 6 people to experience the beauties of Cape Breton. Had any amenities you could need and a gorgeous view of the hills along the Cabot Trail. Hopefully will be back again!😊

The place was excellent. Beautiful old home with lots of character. Patio was great although we didn't get to use it due to weather Would highly recommend Margret was an excellent host

We had 5 family members + dog visit for 3 nights at Debbie’s place in Florence. It has all the amenities you need and is a ‘Hallmark’ like home. Our stay was very comfortable and is close to town. Debbie is a great host who was flexible and was always responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again next time in town.

Very clean and modern house with everything needed, down to needle and thread. Beds are very comfy, bedrooms spacious. Butter, cooking oil and condiments included, which makes cooking a lot easier when you’re travelling. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Very clean. A little short on utensils. Would recommended the B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I had a group of four families (with young children) stay at both the eagle and the sun house. The houses were very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our group and even had multiple unused bedrooms. The view is spectacular from both houses - especially the sun house. The pictures don’t do it justice. There’s no air conditioning in the houses, but we were kept cool by opening the windows and using the many fans that were provided in the rooms. It was fine during our stay, but I could imagine the upstairs rooms may get stuffy if you happen to visit during a particularly warm period. There’s a walk down the hill to the beach on the lake, and the beach is rocky so don’t expect to bring young kids swimming. Even if you’re feeling adventurous you’ll need water shoes to get around. Overall a great experience and a good way for a large group to visit Cape Breton
