In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

Very compact studio apartment of 13m2 (140ft2) with a double bed. Modern bathroom with shower. 4 minutes to the metro, 11 minutes to the city centre. Wi-Fi (500 Mbps+). Fresh air. Check-in is initially from 1800 (due to preparation), but can be from 1200 upon agreement. There is step-free access from the car park, but if you want to use the underground, you have to go up and down stairs. The price per night is for 1 guest. Small surcharge for 2 people (NOK 150).

The studio has a great view from the 7th floor, private bathroom, kitchen counter and double sofa bed with good quality. Two good recliners and large TV as well as a desk where you can have an "office" Grocery store in the basement and 7 min walk to Jessheim city center. Regular trains to Oslo and local buses to Gardermoen airport. The host lives in the apartment next door.
