➀♨You need to prepare♨
Kitchen equipment: wok, shovel, kitchen knife, chopping board, rolling pin(or drinking glass without handle)
wheat flour 200g(if you don't find it you can use All purpose flour ,not the self rising one), water 60g, egg 1
Pork stuffing (or chicken stuffing/beef stuffing/lamb stuffing) 200g, vegetarian please prepare mushroom slices 200g
Sauces: vegetable oil, soybean paste, light soy sauce, cooking wine(or beer),sugar 15g, salt 20g, spring onions 10g, minced garlic 10g, 3 slices of ginger
Side dishes (choose 1-2 kinds, the total weight does not exceed 300g): vegetables that can be eaten raw, such as cucumber/carrot/cabbage
Optional: 1 anise, dark soy sauce, sesame sauce/tahini (or peanut butter)
You can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and then follow the instructions, if possible, please complete the washing of vegetables before the start of the experience.
