The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you far from the noise and hustle and bustle – with a sweeping view of nature and, on a clear day, as far as the Chiemgau Alps. Here you will hear nothing but birdsong and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for switching off, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.

On your holiday, take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life in the mountains in unspoilt nature. Use the time for yourself and make your holiday the best time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
