Our rooms are ideal for a good rest since they are in a quiet and family friendly area, the apartment has bed linen, tableware and electric pava, a large patio with chulengo with table and chairs, around it we count 50m with kiosk, warehouse and greenery, 250m butcher and poultry, 300m service station YPF, the center 1.6km, a square 300m, we have 450m the canalito promenade, gomeria and mechanical workshop 200m and access to route 22 to 1.4km, 13km the river.

I had to travel to Gral Roca for a health situation of a family member and booked in Damián. The host was excellent and Super friendly always, always responded immediately, from the reservation until we left the place. The place is very cute and cozy, impeccable everything. Super comfortable with a balcony with a beautiful city view. It has everything you need to spend a good stay in the city. It is located in a central place that greatly facilitated our stay, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. If I had to go back to town, I would definitely do it again at this place.
