Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located in the ski area, but only 5 minutes drive from Askim city center. From Askim there are train connections to Oslo. About 45 minutes train time. We have two cats who enjoy both inside and outside. Our house is well kept and clean. We ourselves have four children, the house is therefore child friendly. The apartment is located in the center of Båstad, which gives you a bus and shop in the immediate vicinity. Here you can take a night to relax, go for a walk in the woods or on little busy gravel roads. Here you can take a trip on the ice skating rink, trip to Stiklatjern for a walk or swimming or Sandstangen for swimming/sauna. From Båstad it is 40 minutes to Lillestrøm, 1 hour to Oslo or 45 minutes to Töcksfors shopping center in Sweden if you want a day of harryhandel.

Nice hiking opportunities in forests and along country roads. 60 km to Oslo. 7 km to the nearest center with pharmacy and grocery at Skjønhaug. 9 km to Askim with pubs, restaurants and water park, Østfoldbadet. Poor bus connection.

An old homestead that has been and is still ski living and holiday living rooms apart from this part of the house which has now become a unique accommodation. Already in the field when you walk out the door and ski slopes are right outside when there is snow or take an ice skating ride on the water close by. A bike ride goes nicely summer and winter but best of all the beautiful deep forests are full of mystics and beautiful paths.

Simple accommodation with a central location. 10 min walking distance to train station. Østfoldbadet is in the immediate vicinity, only 5-10 minutes walking distance. Grocery stores, shopping center and gas station are also in 5 minutes walking distance. There is the possibility of extra sleeping space on the sofa, possibly an extra mattress for an additional fee.
