The host was really really sweet. I check in quite late and it was dark, she was there by the entrance to welcome me. Place is so peaceful, there's a strawberry farm as well, 2 cute dogs that love petting. Highlight was unfortunately I got unwell for 2 days. Host helped me with medicines and even made me hot tea to make me feel better. Always checking if I'm okay. Please do support this listing, overall room is clean, environment is great, everything else is really nice😁

Olga’s villa is great. It’s a beautiful area with free bikes with the option to rent a motorbike at the resort. Nobody else was there so we had the pool to ourselves the entire week. I would stay there again.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment! The hosts picked us up warmly at the harbour and even organised a meal for our arrival – so loving! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Especially great: The hostess provides you with all the important information about the island and is always available. Absolutely recommended – we'd come back anytime!

Excellent house at the end of a rubber plantation overlooking a natural lake which comes and goes with the tide. The house is perfect, equipped with everything for long stays (I stayed here 1 month). beaches are beautiful on this island, food is good and be sure to hike the mountain. Anit is extremely helpful and assisted with everything possible, even motorbike hire. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the beautiful island of Koh Jum.

Great place to explore especially if you are a nature lover! Don’t expect anything else. It’s just greenery around you and rarely You see a person. My kind of a place I would say. Very responsive host, I had to go back before the night because of some personal reasons. But will come back again for sure.

Nick’s beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. The house is stocked with anything you will need and there are many toilets. The decking area looks over an incredibly beautiful view and is a great place to just look at the stars and the ridge lines of the incredible rolling mountains. There was also a BBQ with coals which we could’ve used, however we did not visit Makro beforehand so we just ate at a nice restaurant 4 mins drive away. I would recommend you to have your own means of transport to get here. The road up to the property is very steep and there aren’t many options for taxis. We had bikes which were perfect, and cars can get up and down the road too. Incredible place, great value, responsive host and a view you’ll never forget - couldn’t recommend more.

Those who appreciate a quiet location will get their money's worth here. As well as the help of our host on the departure date. Our driver, who was supposed to drive us to the bus company in Siam Reap! Thank God Kimsreang was there. He immediately took care of getting us to the bus company in time and we were just able to catch our bus to Thailand. Thanks again for that.

We had a great stay at this location. Its a bit difficult to reach but once you are there, you want to stay for longer.

This is a great place for nature lovers. You can walk to a small lake where you can go kayaking for free. There are also short trails where you can take a walk and bicycles free to rent. Our butler took good care of us, responding to our what’s app messages very promptly and cared for all our needs from meals to car rental. We rented a car with driver to go to linh an pagoda and Tam Trinh cafe to look at the elephant waterfall. They are really worth visiting. The meals we had at the farm were simple but fresh, and the price is reasonable. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing stay and we would recommend this place to people who want a quiet place to recharge.

I have stayed here many times. A large, private, detached house, not expensive. It is surrounded by peace and quiet, and is very refreshing. Green trees all around. I often stay here.

Very cosy room. Easy to find and good check-in/-out experience. Room was clean, nice and quiet. Not much to do close by, but easy access to other areas.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

It was a really wonderful accommodation. It was a place where the host's thoughtful consideration and thoughtful accommodation management were everywhere. It was a pretty accommodation as pictured, and all the spaces were kept clean. There was a bathroom in each of the three bedrooms, so it was convenient for three families to stay, and the living room, kitchen, and shared bathroom were well equipped on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with enough cutlery for a large number of people, cooking utensils for cooking, and simple seasonings. 👍 The pool was very well maintained, and there were plenty of beach towels provided, which was great for swimming and playing. It was the best place for the whole family to have a very happy stay. I would definitely recommend it to those who see 🥰 my reviews!!!!

From start to finish, Loic and Hoa and the rest of the team looked after us and our four children staying with us super well. The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous peaceful location, with a lovely view of the paddy-fields exactly as pictured. The friendly team of lovely ladies cooked us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and the hosts went above and beyond to provide food for our babies and children and help us out with things we needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fourth bedroom is not as pictured on the listing. The listing on 'where you will sleep' shows another picture of the master bedroom. The actual fourth room is downstairs and does not have a window. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bar was incredibly well stocked. We definitely hope to return!

The whole complex is very nice and Tyler's and Wii's family is very nice. If you're looking for something quiet to relax, the place is really great. The proximity to Bottle Beach is also great. People who prefer a lot of partying and action should go to the south of the island. We will be happy to come back if we are on the island again.

Our stay with Rasamee was the best. It was the favorite place of our kinds during a 3 week trip. Rasamee is a great host. The room is big and the view is beautiful. It is away from the crowds. For us a plus and we had a Rental car. With a car it is easy to get to the beach of visit other places. Do not forget the viewpoint around the corner. The only thing is the location link in the Airbnb app sent us to the wrong place. Make sure to ask for specific directions.

What an amazing Villa! It’s very spacious and clean. The refrigerator was stock with water, juice and milk, and there were snacks on the counter for us when we arrived. The pool was big and very enjoyable on the hot days. We like the location but you will need a scooter or a car to get around. There are plenty of restaurant choices near the Villa. We highly recommend this villa.

Had a longer stay of 30 days planned in Sapa starting beginning of February. I‘ve shorted my stay to about 5 days, as it was quite cold and foggy. Scott was so kind as to refund the whole stay, even though the Airbnb terms and conditions said there was no fund available. I very much appreciate this kind gesture and that surely speaks for itself! Moreover, the communication was very kind and Scott was very responsive. When it comes to friendliness, and communication, everything was superb. As someone who requires fast and steady internet access, I was displeased to find that the internet did not offer that. It would break at times during calls while I was a guest at Scotts airbnb. Reportedly there was a temporary internet problem as a cable was broken or so, so this may be different in the future. The kuti was very simplistic and cozy and had a good vibe. The host was very kind and spoke good english. Hikes and nature all around. Its a cozy place for a short term stay in sapa!

This place is a slice of heaven tucked underneath some beautiful mountains, it’s peaceful and serene, the staff are amazing and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant produced amazing dishes and a great selection of drinks! I felt safe, happy and relaxed the entire time.
