Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Indiana Dunes National Park

I was very impressed and pleased with all of the thoughtful details and extras like Keurig pods, filtered water and parking stickers. The space was cozy and perfect for our small family. It had every possible amenity needed to make ourselves at home for a week and cooking was a breeze. The location was ideal both due to the proximity to our daughter’s place, but also very quiet and walkable to everything you need including restaurants, stores, light rail and bus lines. Leigh-Anne was super responsive and flexible. The only word of caution would be that guests who are very tall (like over 6’) might find the ceilings too low, though they were perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

The location, space, and comfort of the unit was perfect for our stay in Valpo. You can walk to so many restaurants and local attractions! The place is well stocked with the essentials and the decor is so wonderfully done, which made us feel comfortable immediately. Highly recommend a stay!

Super clean, quiet, and cozy but stocked with everything you need and just a few blocks from Valpo campus and the downtown eateries. Really just a perfect spot, and only about 30 minutes drive from all parts of Indiana Dunes NP. Also, Diana was a very gracious and kind host! Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in town!

I absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and I appreciated all the little design touches. I loved the seperate entrace from the rest of the building. It was a very Chicago apartment. I felt right at home. The water pressure was great and appreciated having a sound machine in the bedroom. Special shout out to the character drinking glasses. The location was perfect right off Ashland and close to Clark. I would love to stay here again sometime.

Such a perfect place for a fun quick getaway close to Indiana dunes state park and Washington park beach. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, outlet mall and farmers market.

Such a cozy, well-appointed apartment in a great downtown Valpo location, walkable to fantastic coffee (Fluid roasters), boutiques and restaurants. We visited in June and caught the Saturday farmer’s market too! The apartment was scrupulously clean, with crisp white linens. There were fans available (we like the white noise), A/C units (we didn’t need them), ironing supplies and blow dryer. The beds were very comfortable too; in fact, I wanted to know what type of memory foam magic was happening under the fitted sheet! The TV was outfitted Netflix and Prime. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was clean and well set up. Whoever cares for this property is so attentive to details; the grounds are trim, vibrant and everything is swept. Plus, the building itself is interesting, originating in 1860 (Abe Lincoln days!) and nicely remodeled inside. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I loved staying at this cosy apartment. All Maggie's instructions were easy to follow and her place is very comfortable and well-appointed. The neighbourhood is quiet and a short walk to downtown. Thanks Maggie!

My wife and I have stayed at many vacation home rentals over the years, this one was one of the very best! First, I booked they house late afternoon on the day we wanted to arrive. Sarah responded immediately, accepted our booking and got me the access code to the property. It was all done within a few minutes! The house was beautifully decorated (my wife loved it and she is a designer!), well appointed and located very conveniently to all of the places we wanted to spend our time. We loved the hot tub, used the sauna almost every morning and our Golden Doodle loved the big fenced in back yard. Sarah and Brady are unbelievably responsive to needs too! One evening we wanted to enjoy the fire pit, but they were out of fire starters. I contacted Sarah at 7:36p, she responded at 7:37p and by 7:51 Brandy had already dropped a box of fire starters on the front porch! What?!?!?! Amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this place, we will be back!

How can I put in a few words how we felt about Cary’s house! We loved it immediately, everything outside, everything inside! Absolutely NOTHING was missing. Anything you needed was waited for you to need it. The house is meant to please the pickiest folks . You can’t name a thing that was a disappointment. Where else will you find a garden just waiting for you to pick it??

I rented Leah's home for my son's. They love to fish and Leah's home was the perfect place. They enjoyed the pontoon boat and sitting around the bonfire. The house was clean and kitchen equipped with everything needed for their weekend of grilling. Leah was a perfect host. Thank you, Michelle

Derek is professional and friendly. He was flexible with us in a way that helped our travels a great deal. I appreciate his tech savvy home and will likely revisit the location. It’s about an 8 min walk to a clean beach where everyone is kind.

Very clean house, very close to the beach. Has everything you need for a short visit. We packed 7 people in without feeling too cramped.

We had a girl’s getaway weekend at this lake house . We needed a place to simply relax and unwind, and Polly’s place provided just that. It is in a very peaceful location. We all enjoyed having our coffee/tea in the sunroom in the morning while listening to the birds. A couple of questions came up during our stay, and Polly and Jack were responsive and helpful. Polly even came over to be our photographer when we had an idea for some pictures on the staircase. She was a great sport. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the home was spotless. The fire-pit area and access to firewood was great . If there was any suggestion I could share, it would be to devise an easier way to utilize the paddle boat. We didn’t attempt it, because we don’t believe we could have got it in and out of the lake easily. Other than that, we had a great weekend. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Gina, our host, was incredibly welcoming and kind. She sent updates prior to our visit with local recommendations for things to do, restaurants to dine at, and also knew it was our anniversary so left us a welcome gift at the house, which was so generous and thoughtful. The house is so clean and contemporary and just beautiful with all the comforts of home. We loved our stay there and hope to be back again soon.

Cozy, homy, eclectic and peaceful place. Great host who was always very responsive and kind. Everything that we needed. We will definitely stay there again. The only negative was that the yard was in desperate need of mowing and trimming. Keep in mind, when you see this house from the outside, you will say meh...average home, but when you open the front door, you will say wow and be amazed. Hope you love trains and monkeys...which we do!

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great place! Everything was clean, in a good location and they communicated well.

Perfect little spot! So close to the blue line, necessities nearby, great for a quick solar work trip. Bed is small and a little uncomfortable, and some things were a little off (medicine cabinet not fully attached to wall), but neither bothered me. Knew bed would be small from photos! Just a heads up for anyone that would worry about those. Will definitely be staying again if in Chi!

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

This place was perfect for our family of four. After long days exploring Chicago, there was convenient street parking which was a huge plus. It was very clean and decorated very nicely!

Supurb stay in Fulton Market! Seth was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and accomidating. The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
