On the terrace you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book in a hammock that is built into the terrace. Close your eyes while you float in the hammock and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

Have fun with the whole family at this elegant residence. 100 meters to the lake with the cabin area's own jetty with bathing ladder and outdoor shower. For swimming in fresh water, it is only 1 km to walk. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee on the terrace. Enjoy the day with lots of activities and cultural offerings on Inderøy and "The Golden Detour". Enjoy the evening with a jacuzzi at sunset. The cabin is located in a new cabin area without transit traffic, called "Svaberget". Svaberget is within walking distance to Kjerknesvågen kai.

Summer cottage

We have a small neat cabin for rent for 1 couple. "Sommerhytta" does not have its own bathroom, but guests use showers and toilets at Soria Moria camping which is in the same area. Rural location about 3 km from Verdal city center where you will find the railway station, shops and cafes. Stiklestad National Cultural Center is 7 km away. Nature reserve with river, fjord and forest trails right out from the cabin, where you can walk or cycle around. Welcome to a small peaceful gem, where the pace can be lowered and life can just be enjoyed.

Or take a walk down to the lake for fishing/enjoy the view. Lots of nice hiking trails in the area. Inderøy is known for its beautiful nature and good food and cultural experiences. Here you will find beautiful cultural landscapes, farm shops selling locally produced food, historical monuments, galleries and art museums. No partying or smoking allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Modern year-round cabin with lake views

Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Beautiful view of the fjord and a short distance to take a swim. Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

Cozy and special annex/cabin located right at the lakefront. Swimming stairs, with nice bathing opportunities. Quiet and peaceful. Very short distance to hiking areas such as Arboreet and Staupshaugen. Short distance to Levanger city center, Levanger Hospital and the University of Nord. Fully furnished living unit with what you need to have a nice stay. Kitchen with appliances and all kitchen utensils. You will arrive to a made double bed with 2 duvets. Towels included. Here you live a short distance from the city center and 50 meters from a primary school, with what you can expect from a schoolyard. The house has a spacious and cozy patio with two seating areas, and a cozy garden without view. This is a regular home, and you will notice that when you live here. I don't want the home to be used for parties.

Hytta er 42 kvm, og har store fine plattinger for uteliv til alle døgnets tider. Ligger godt skjermet. Parkering rett ved hytta. Det er to soverom med familiekøyer, samt hems, med mulighet for to soveplasser.
