NEW OPEN, August 2026 [IKKO HOUSE] A 117 m² house in a residential area of Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture. The entire house is rented per group. It's a 2-minute walk to Hirosaki Higashi-Koumae Station right in front of you. JR Hirosaki Station is 1 stop away by train, taking 3 minutes. Parking for up to 3 cars (covered). 5-minute walk to Universe Minamioomachi (supermarket). It is in the center of Korori City, so it is very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping!! The first floor has a 25-tatami mat (about 40 m²) living room and yoga space, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and toilet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 drying room. * Depending on the number of guests, the drying space can be converted into a bedroom. Maximum capacity of 8 guests. It's great for family gatherings, trips with friends, sports tournaments, and consecutive nights for skiers from overseas. There is plenty of space for 3-6 people, and there are beds for up to 8 people. National Sports Festival (competitions held in Hirosaki City) Undokōen-mae Station, the nearest station to Hirosaki City Sports Park and Aomori Prefecture Martial Arts Hall, is just 1 stop away by train. [Nebuta period] Traffic will be restricted in the central area in front of Hirosaki Station. Hirosaki Station is 1 stop by train and costs 210 yen. There is a final train after the night service ends. It's a 15-minute walk, but it's very hot in the summer, so I recommend taking the train or a taxi.
