Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Imbabura

The house was humongous and very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath were wonderful to retire to after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. Fer was a wonderful host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t say enough about the caretakers, Ernesto and Beatrice! They kept us comfortable and were available for our needs 24/7. And the house was always clean by the time we returned at the end of the day. If we ever return to visit Cotacachi, I know where we will be staying and I highly recommend that you stay here too!

We really enjoyed our stay, the very cozy and beautiful place. Ideal to connect with nature by being surrounded by mountains and starry nights. It is a beautiful house, very clean, nice and everything comfortable, hot water, very clean sheets and towels, everything is very nice, better than in the photos, as if to spend several days, Fredy, the owner, is a responsible apersona and was awake and attentive to us until 2 am that it was approximately the time we arrived from our trip to facilitate the entrance, I highly recommend it.

Staying in this house is a unique experience, it is like going back in time since it has very traditional decor according to Zuleta and with ancient artifacts, very eye-catching. The rooms are very comfortable, the living room with fireplace is very cozy and the kitchen has everything you need. Also the view to the mountains, and the country atmosphere makes you feel a breath of the noise of the city. Highly recommended!

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

Casa Monica is a beautiful place. The house is much nicer than what can be seen in the photos. Each room and space has its own details that not only make it very nice but also cozy and comfortable. It's equipped with everything you'll need. It is really a place recommended not only for the house but also for the activities you can do in the place.

Mateo is truly an excellent host! I loved that it responded super quickly and with my family we noticed a lot of organization and neatness in the instructions and in the house. About the house I can only say that it is a DREAM house! Excellently well cared for, you can see that they pay a lot of attention to detail and really Mateo and his team strive to make people feel very comfortable! I'm sure I recommend it and I'm sure we'll be back!
