First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight – usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and barbecue. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mould spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

We had a very quiet weekend surrounded by nature. 💚 And being able to be with the horses next to the house was wonderful. Thank you very much

Toni is a very accommodating host and has also supported us very well, his recommendation should be followed up. The villa is ideal also for families with small children. I highly recommend the villa and have saved it to my favorites. You have to think about the mosquitoes and prepare accordingly, but that is not left out in such a great natural environment.

We had an amazing stay. Gloria Was incredibly friendly and helpful. the house is very homely with really all you need and more! The kitchen is extremly well equipped and there was even a bbq outside. Most of the time we were the only ones around the pool (mid june), there is a parking spot, restaurants and beaches are just 10 minutes away. Very interesting neighborhood, as there is a closed golf club and closed resort in it, so very few people were around, very peaceful (as of summer 2025). We can 100%recommend!

It was very nice to stay at josep place. He and his wife live in a house next to the air bnb. they provided enough blankets and the AC could be used to heat up the apartment. the shower was great and everything was very clean. the mattresses were a bit Hard, but that's Personal preference. unfortunatly we couldn't use the terrasse because of the rain, but the outside eary was very cozy as well :)

Very cozy house in a very good location the area is very quiet, perfect for spending the holidays with family or friends, everything super clean the one equipped with everything you could need!, And Oscar is a wonderful guy, very attentive to everything we needed, we will repeat 100%!!

Everything is correct as described or better. The house is very comfortable, the trees and the patio awning are perfectly oriented to keep out the midday and afternoon heat, and the location is quiet but very close to towns and the beach. The only thing, to put a but, that we messed up the communication because we used the airbnb messaging, the co-host used WhatsApp and we crossed some messages. But nothing serious.

My wife and I needed a quiet place, in the middle of nature but inside a small hamlet, and Gabriel's cabin brought together the features we were looking for. In addition, many walks could be taken from right there, no need to take the car. We had a really nice few days!

Casa Eivissa is definitely the most beautiful cottage in Riumar! Lovingly and stylishly furnished, everything is tiptop clean and well maintained. We loved the roof terrace and the beautiful view. Our daughter really liked the pool - the air and water temperatures in April were still too fresh for us. Riumar itself is quiet in the low season, which we found ideal for us. There was also little tourism on the beach and at the Ebrom estuary, so we could watch many flamingos and other birds. A trip to Tortosa is highly recommended. The small supermarket right across the street is also convenient. So we had fresh baguette and croissants every morning. The contact with Lluisa is pleasant and it is very accessible. In short: Perfect ❤️

All phenomenal. The house has everything we need. Full kitchen, great table, huge room, huge bathroom, with lots of closets, nice decor and offers a garage. It is close to La Senia which has all the amenities. And close to the Benifassà Tinença, ideal for excursions. Instead, it's in a village with no chances of doing something nearby. There is truck traffic that woke us up very early. Phenomenal hosts. We were offered a lot of flexibility in getting in and out and we are very grateful.

The house is located in a quiet environment, close to a supermarket and a few minutes from the beach. The house is ideal for four people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the common areas are very cozy. The highlight is undoubtedly the terrace with a pool that, although not huge, is more than enough to take a dip. The pool also has a very relaxing jacuzzi area. There is a barbecue. We have rented many houses in Riumar because it is an area that we like, and this house is a gem of peace and relaxation. Good communication with hosts.

perfect for families, very well equipped, we had a silly problem with the TV control and they went on to fix it, the truth is everything is fine.

We really enjoyed staying with a dog. We spent 14 days in the house and had a very relaxing and beautiful stay. On Mondays someone came and cleaned the pool, the communication was very friendly. The restaurants on site were delicious and inexpensive and both the dog beach and the normal beach were within walking distance and not crowded (early June) Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied!

We loved our stay at Laura's place. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea, in a quiet area perfect for disconnecting. The house was impeccable: everything was very clean, tidy and with all the details taken care of. We were a group of 6 friends and we were very comfortable. Communication with Laura was excellent from the first moment, very friendly and attentive to everything. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the key system with a safe. A 10 out of 10 experience! We would definitely repeat.

A formidable place if you are looking to rest and connect with nature! The space is very nice, very comfortable and beautiful! The great porch to enjoy the breakfasts and dinners in the summer and the pool is a plus in all this beautiful space! It breathes peace of mind! We had a wonderful stay! The location of the accommodation cannot be exceeded. Two minutes walk to the beach and also the surrounding area offers plenty to see. The location is very quiet and you are not right in the center, which was very pleasant for us. We explored the area a lot on foot, which I would also highly recommend. We will be happy to come back.
