Casa bem structure, compatible with the description. Everything working perfectly, air conditioning, shower, good accommodation, large house, high right foot, good decoration. The kids liked it for valer!! The collaborator Raquel always attentive and prompt service. Bernardo always very attentive and kind, guiding us at any time, according to our demands. We love the stay and we want to come back!!!

My stay was simply wonderful! We were in a large group and everything exceeded expectations. Seu Nelson was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help us. Hirlan also showed great care and attention throughout our stay. The house is excellent: spacious, very clean and with a full kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils. The gourmet area is well structured, perfect for family moments, and the atmosphere as a whole is very pleasant, the night is beautiful and illuminated. The children had too much fun with the ball and the two goals made available in the grassy area. The pool was always clean and is of a great size. The supplied towels were soft and smelling, a detail that made a difference. We spent 5 days in the house without leaving and we don't miss anything. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to repeat!

I have stayed at many Airbnb over the past few years, and I can confidently say that this was my best experience so far. It felt like a luxury holiday experience at an incredibly affordable rate compared to other areas. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and the hosts are always available to help. The space was even better than described and was perfect for hosting our group of 10 people. I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to write one because there is truly nothing negative that I can think to say about our experience. The hosts have gone above and beyond to help you feel at home and they even provided us with a very generous welcome present upon arrival. The only comment I would make is that, if you choose to hire a private chef as the general area is quite sparse for supermarkets and restaurants, please make sure you do your own research and obtain various quotes. The host could help you, but they have no responsibility beyond the home.

Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

Wonderful house, excellent condominium, impeccable air-conditioning!! for us, who went with children and the elderly. It was wonderful, first because the house is large and all on the ground floor, and second almost next to the square and the animals!! Super recommended!!

We stayed at the house at the carnival and had a very pleasant experience! The house is cozy, even better than in the photos, and it met the purpose well. It is in a condominium next to the Icar, being a safe and family environment. It is 1 minute from the beach, and from the balcony of the house it is possible to see the river and the beach (we had the company of fish and turtles). The kitchen is well equipped (it could only have tupperware pots) and some of the bathrooms have undergone recent modernization. The water pressure is great and meets well. There were some peaks of light in the late afternoon but it quickly came back, I understand it's something from the region. Wi-Fi works well and TV tb. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the house or the condominium, which would be a differential . A Vie responds fast, initially too attentive to the written instructions, but then the communication flowed being an enjoyable experience for all of us ! We had necessary flexibility. Thank you!

Wonderful resort, plenty to do with the family. Flawless apt, it looked like it was in a hotel, clean, bedding, towels sniffing cleaning! New furniture and utensils, cozy beds, all wonderful! I'll definitely come back more often! Mr. Jorge responded very quickly and did not help us with everything that was needed! I loved the apartment and the resort ♥️

Me and My Family had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is perfect complete according to what it describes on the platform. The condominium is well structured secure, ideal for resting and relaxing. We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

Sleeping, waking up and spending the day packed by the sound of the river running right next to it is simply divine. Located about 25 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the house offers the ideal balance between quiet and easy access to the city. It is worth every minute of the journey to live this unique experience. The house is charming, cozy and very well equipped, ideal for two adults. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A differential are the items available, such as umbrella, kayaks to explore the river and even bicycles. And you can't help but praise the host Guto! He is extremely considerate, kind and helpful. In addition to responding quickly offers great tips for tours, beaches and restaurants. Definitely a place to recharge and fall even more in love with Costa Verde. I want to go back now!

The space is super quiet, large lawn and with great maintenance. Communication, both with Marcela and with the caretaker Mr. Ademir, was always very easy. The internet is great, the TV has chromecast, the fans and showers work well. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the house, in general, meets expectations. We only had one point that we did not expect, which is a second house very close to our accommodation, without any fence or division. The riverside and the backyard are for shared use, which did not hinder anything but a prior notice would have been appropriate. The second house is new, and Marcela assured us that she would include this information in the listing for future guests. The kitchen is functional, but you need to bring everything (salt, sugar, oil, coffee filter, etc.). I took my large dog, who was able to enjoy the entire accommodation, always paying attention to the surroundings to avoid ingesting toxic plants and escaping. I would go back and recommend the space!

Rustic, airy and spacious style home. We met our expectations very well.

The stay was perfect!!!! Monica is a sweetheart, very available, concerned and cheerful. All its lightness is transmitted in your home, which is simply a paradise. Everyone should know at least once in their life! The Monica who helps in the house is also a darling. It was all 1000000. We will definitely come back and refer everyone.

The place is a paradise: isolated from chaos and immersed in nature. We were well received by the Ranielle (homemade) and later by Mario, who was at the other house on the property. We had a fantastic stay! The house is well equipped and the internet is fast. The property's waterfall is beautiful and almost private, has a small trail to reach it and a perfect beach to enjoy. Other nearby waterfalls are not so close, but are worth a visit for anyone who wants to leave the property (not who needs it). We were from Rio de Janeiro and took about 5.5 hours of travel. From the Monkey district (last grocery) to the property are about 20km, mostly on the ground road. I strongly recommend that you do not go with a low car and, if possible, go from 4x4 because the dirt roads vary their state according to the weather conditions. Get the offline map of the region, take the necessary groceries and enjoy the stay because every minute of that refuge is worth every minute!!

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it!
