My space is located in the rural area of the city of Paraty, on the road Paraty-Cunha (Route 165). It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is waterfalls with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access, jungle gym, sauna, trails in the forest, therapeutical therapies and you can order nice local food.

Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Spacious, very comfortable and charming house. It is 800 meters from the Historic Center. With maid service Monday-Friday, business days. Living room with fireplace, cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, 2 sinks, table and support benches, complete utensils. We have a huge backyard (great for your pet), an electronic gate and a garage for 2 cars, as well as a swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven. A Casa Garibaldi foi montada a partir da junção de vários artistas locais de Paraty. Estando a 50 metros da areia da praia, a casa foi montada com muito bom gosto e é um presente aos olhos de quem acorda com vista estonteantes da Praia Grande(recomendamos acordar cedinho para ver o nascer do sol maravilhoso). Temos um ótimo Wi-Fi para trabalho/ Ar condicionado novo ( comprado em dez/2024). Todo nosso acervo de obras de arte estão para venda !
