Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but it was always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

Of everything that has not yet been said, I think it is important to point out that the neighborhood is extremely calm. We were very pleased. To stay in the clear historical center that has its charm but the noise and the mess would bother me. We walked to the center and the canal walk is extremely pleasant. At the end of the avenue, on the bridge that makes the access to the center, it also has a very convenient parking lot. Very quick to access. Other all as is described in the posting.

The stay exceeded expectations. We were four adults and everyone felt at home. Toniel and family are fantastic people, the touring tips and the possibility of paddling in the mamanguá bag were sensational. We will return to this paradise and enjoy the hospitality of Toniel and family.

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Our stay in Paraty was excellent, the accommodation offered by Matheus is perfectly located, close to the historic centre and the beach. The house is clean and functional. Looking forward to staying again.

Comfortable house, in the middle of the woods, we hear only the noise of the river that passes practically in the backyard. Go to the beach walking and it's a short drive from other great beaches in the region (brava do camburi and farm). Small trail from the parking spot. Responsive hosts, easy communication. When we got to the area it was without light, but it came back after a few hours and did not compromise the stay.

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's garden is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! I will definitely come back with my family, it was a wonderful time!

Beautiful house, with a wonderful view, totally immersed in nature but still comfortable, with all the basic utensils and an incredible pool. I saw several types of birds every day. Great for those who want to rest, as it has quiet neighbours and no shops nearby. It is close to Praia Grande and about 8 km from the centre of Paraty.

Awesome indoor outdoor house in the historic district!

The experience was excellent! The view is simply wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, even better in person. Everything was very well organized, clean and attentive to detail. Katia and Marcela were always very polite and helpful, helped me with everything I needed, responding quickly whenever we need something. It was very worth it, the place is beautiful, cozy and super well taken care of. It would surely return!

Simply one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed, from the check-in to the check-out Wagner and Luciana were super solicited and welcoming, they gave us tips of the places, left the super pleasant environment for our arrival, including a ticket and chocolates… The attention and care was essential, they think of everything from towels, water, hygiene items to sheets, service that is currently getting more and more scarce and they have made us feel at home!!

Wonderful place and very well equipped. Amazing view of the mountain and river accessible on foot, with well demarcated trail. Probably has a little difficulty getting to the house if you don't have a 4x4 because the house is relatively isolated (about 10km of dirt road). So it's great to stay there and enjoy the space and nature. We went with two cars not 4x4 and you can get there, but the dirt road is not in very good condition and, if it rains, it can get a bit difficult, especially if you're not used to dirt road. The house is visited by Bilu and Jade, two medium-grade dogs and a small pussycat (which, for us, was not a problem because we love animals).

The stay was very good! Everything was just like the photo, the house was very clean and organized! The stairs are bad for those with small children, because we couldn't use the bed and stayed on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a lack of signage to get to the house, to facilitate location. But otherwise, it was impeccable, everything as described.

We really liked the house and the property! A beautiful place! Ricardo and Marcelo were very attentive to our family.
