Holiday rentals with beach access in Ilha de Jaguanum

It was our 2nd stay with Kelly, we were happy when we found the accommodation available for the days we needed. Excellent location, clean, organized, self check-in and check-out. Close to beaches, tours, market, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend it!

Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

Apartment in a very good location. Well equipped. Livia is a very welcoming and responsive host. Linens were very clean. Strong smell of humidity (inevitable given that we are on an island) especially in the bedroom. However, the smell quickly disappears thanks to the dehumidifier provided for this purpose and good ventilation. We had a great time on the island.

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

We don't know Rita in person, but she always responded to my msgs quickly, tips, and recommendations. We had contact with her husband, Ricardo, who is very kind and helpful. He was always willing to help and collaborate. The house is a cute and clean one. The outer space is wonderful and has a beautiful landscape. The beach is delicious, the sea is super quiet and with very tasty kiosks that catered to our demand. In our case, we were without a car, the only bad thing is the way to the beach that has a very steep slope, but, as we like to walk and we are used to, we can go to the beach every day. The experience was great,I highly recommend the house, and the wonderful hosts.

We stayed at Alan's house in May and what a pleasant experience. The house offers everything we need. Super organized, clean, in a quiet, peaceful and safe condominium. We walked a lot, several nearby beaches, some more deserted, others with kiosks, but all very quiet, very calm sea, great for those with children. Alan and his wife deserve a special thank you, super attentive, they recommended several good places, met our needs and were super kind in all aspects. It was truly a trip to be cherished in memory and in the heart. May God bless you both. We'll be back any day now.

Great nice hosts. Despite the language barrier, we felt completely at home. Even the magazines in the cottage were in our language. Everything was nicely explained and the pets present were taken away when we arrived. After our approval, they roamed freely in the garden ;). As guests, we felt very safe and welcome. Definitely recommended for a (longer) stay in Abraão if you are not too focused to cook yourself. Rest of the city was close and easily walkable.

Marcelo's house is exactly how described, very comfortable for our family (4 people), but still following de Ilha grande style of simple comforts. Air conditioning worked perfectly, little balconies with hammocks in each room and 2 ensuits plus a downstairs bathroom. Nice garden and even bbq available But the best is the location. Close to all restaurants and bars in Abraão but also just a few steps from the nice corner of abraao beach and quiet. Ana Paula was there to welcome us and her husband took us on a private boat trip for a really good price. Definitely recommend. The house was clean and had everything one need in a place like ilha grande. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

Amazing home with great access to Ilha Grande. Andre and Ledianne were fantastic from start to finish, helping to plan days out with a speed boat, a masseuse for our return and delicious meals during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

My stay with Marcos was simply impeccable... top service from the resort, top everything, the best staff always willing to help you, I will return a thousand more times and I recommend you to enjoy your days in this true paradise

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is very functional and the setting is very beautiful. It is in a condominium which makes it very quiet and safe. We thank Diego for all his support and tips on enjoying the place.

We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish! We'll be back - and with the family for sure! Thanks for having us and always ready to answer our questions, Marcelo! Ah! We really felt at home... Congratulations!
