An amazing place for those who want to rest and connect with nature. Comfortable house with all the necessary utensils. César was very solicited and friendly. My two puppies loved and had a lot of fun. We will definitely return!

Our stay was great! A warning, the house is difficult to access even by car and motorcycle because the hills are very steep. We went by Uber and the young man's car couldn't handle going up the streets, but after learning the way it's easy to come and go on foot. It's not a problem, just a warning that I didn't know. Going down the “hill” there are plenty of restaurants, the market is not far away, and the bakery also has nice prices. The house is more beautiful in person than in the photos, it is beautiful, it is large, the bedroom is large, there is a TV in front of the bed, everything is very beautiful and organized. The kitchen also has a water filter, which was good because we forgot that we had to bring water. The view is beautiful, a wonderful silence! I would definitely recommend and would return.

The house is beautiful. Very spacious and has an unbeatable view. Excellent decision to go with family or friends. It has everything you need to have a good time. The open area next to the pool is the best part of the house, but everything is beautiful (rooms, kitchen, etc.). Joel was a great host. From the moment we made the reservation, he was in constant contact with us to offer us recommendations and help us plan. The check-in process and communication with the housekeeper was spectacular too, they always answered right away. I recommend going by car to be able to go to the supermarket or restaurants, since without your own mobility the Ubers take a long time.

Apartment as described, met our needs very well. Very nice condominium, but the beach requires attention, as it is dangerous. We took a boat trip from the marina of the condominium itself, it was great. Suggestion: take mosquito repellent (electric and body), the screens on the windows and doors do not hold the ninjas. Among the many apartments available for rent in the condominium, I chose this one because of the compliments to the host, I did not regret it, Washington is amazing, a friendly person.

We loved the space. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Clean condominium, easy to access and excellent location. We feel safe, it has cameras. Foot in the sand and there are still the kiosks on the side of the building. The kitchen is fully equipped. We feel at home and are already planning to come back. For those who want to bring a pet like me, do so with peace of mind. Just be aware of leaving the environment as clean as you find it. João was proactive from the moment I sent the first message, even before making the reservation. Afterwards, he immediately called me on my mobile phone and sent me all the necessary information. Hosting was an amazing experience. Well before the date, we received a welcome folder with instructions on accommodation and tips for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Dona Rosa is an extremely polite, kind and professional owner. Andréia welcomed us with great lightness and professionalism. The apartment is exactly the same as the photo. Very clean and pleasant environment. High-end furniture. All the appliances and electronics in the house are of a high standard. Super well-equipped kitchen. The location of this apartment is privileged within the Condominium, as it is just a few steps from the beach and the natural pool, in addition to having a breathtaking view. It's well worth it!!!! We'll be back for sure!

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms with clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

The accommodation is a dream! It's like being in the middle of the jungle with its vegetation. Quiet, beautiful balcony! Super close to the center, the beach and the bars. Renata, Aparecía and Newton were always a second away from helping us and also giving us info about the island! We'll be back ❤️

Right on the beach! Alessandra is a great host. The beach is lovely, and there is a restaurant with live music right next door. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Alessandra helped us with many plans, from tours, to uber boats, to dining recommendations. She’s a goldmine of information! As this is right on the beach, next to a restaurant, be sure you’re a good sleeper, or bring earplugs. The music carries over to the rooms, and a light sleeper may have some trouble. Other than that, this is a gorgeous location with a wonderful, helpful host!

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

Laura's place is exactly as pictured. There are three rooms each with 4 beds and a private bathroom. The rooms are connected by the outdoor porch from which you can also access the large kitchen and living room. Beautiful outdoor spaces where you can eat and cook on the grill. The garden of the house ends exactly on the sand a few meters from the sea. Next to the house is a restaurant/bar with a wide selection of food. Laura helped us with boat and car transportation to the house from Rio de Janeiro. She also provided us with a lady to do the cleaning and cooking. Recommended accommodation for the location, the house and the host (super helpful and very kind, as well as his family). Only negative note: on the beach, like every beach in Ilha Grande, dock many small boats/yachts during the day so the sea is unusable during the busiest hours. In the evening, you're among the few to live on the beach. Super positive experience!
