The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it's a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

The apartment is very well located, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable queen bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with a great shower. We were greeted with some treats and a refrigerator stocked with water. Communication with Erica was great. Check in and check out direct at reception. The Zonal Sul supermarket (24 hours), located on the ground floor of the condominium, is a perfect support for longer stays. We loved the stay!

The location is amazing. It seemed like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, it's still amazing!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

The stay in Shirlei's accommodation was simply perfect! The location in Ipanema is unbeatable: one of the most beautiful and safest areas in Rio. The beach is a stone's throw away, as are nice and excellent restaurants, supermarkets and even Uber bikes to rent on the same street. The apartment is well cared for, clean, comfortable and welcoming. In addition, the 24-hour reception desk adds an extra level of security and convenience. Amazing accommodation! The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, everything was very clean and with a view that is indescribably perfect!! Condominium offers a great structure and the location is very good! Very helpful host and always easy to communicate with!! I highly recommend this accommodation!! I was sad to have to leave!

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was excellent in the apartment! Very, very nice, a prime location and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The building is also amazing.

Tereza’s place is truly exceptional. She’s a wonderful host and she genuinely takes care of you. The place itself is meticulously taken care of, she thought of every possible detail to make your stay as seamless and easy as possible. The apartment is modern, with a beautiful view, ample space for storage and everything is functional. Simple details like having a vanity with good lighting, drinks and snacks upon arrival and a GOOD shower. The option for daily cleaning was a wonderful surprise, the bed was comfortable, extra linens and towels were nice; overall, the space was just right for my partner and I. Not to mention the building with awesome amenities; we enjoyed all of them, the pool, both saunas, jacuzzi, gym, & convenience store. I almost never write reviews (lol) but I do when it’s worth my time. Tereza’s place is worth it and she figured out how to make her guests feel right at home. Thank you Tereza!

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

Staying in Marcelo's apartment was a great success as it is very comfortable, super complete, nice, quality bed, good shower, in front of the most beautiful part of the beach, at least for us, as it is quiet. There are good restaurants close by. You can't ask for more! We're already missing it and want to go back! We highly recommend it!

Very good apartment, modern and with all necessary amenities. Wonderful setting, beachfront, Something very good is that it has a supermarket and shops a few blocks away, plus a 24/7 store in the building in case you missed anything. Overall no observations, just enjoy!!

I can’t even put into words how amazing Alessandra’s place was. We were so sad to leave because we fell in love with the location, views and everything that was amazing about this stay. The neighborhood power went out briefly for some construction and Alessandra was very communicative and proactive in helping us know when the power was back on. We felt incredibly safe and at home. The amazing attention to detail and the little things like some full candy jars, amazing tea were very appreciated. The place was very clean from the bathroom, to the bedroom and kitchen. Did I mention the views! It truly was a slice of heaven. We will be back again! I would highly recommend this place. It was my best Airbnb experience. Thank you Alessandra!!!
