The house has excellent ventilation, with great furniture and a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for everyday life, with a barbecue, smartv and refrigerator. We are 3 km from the north jetty of the island (center - Firefighters), 1 km from the Coca Cola lagoon (south direction), 1.2 km from Mercado Sol (north direction) and 26 km from the fishing village of Pedrinhas (south direction). ***WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED, TABLE OR BATH LINENS***

Beachfront house!

For those who love nature and don't care about luxury, this house will be your refuge from the big city rush. Just cross the avenue and you'll be on the beach, and the Dunas do Araçá are about a 4-minute walk along the beach. Far from the hustle and bustle of people and in contact with nature. The immense grounds allow children to play and the whole family can enjoy the beach 20 meters away. Barbecue at the top of the house, overlooking the surroundings, quiet and peaceful location.

Very charming house in Ilha Comprida, totally remodeled, made with a lot of comfort and affection for special guests. The house has an equipped kitchen, barbecue inside the kitchen, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, beach chairs, umbrella, table with chairs and umbrella on the balcony. The property is 150 meters from the beach, in a very quiet and tree-lined neighborhood. Our Balneário is a mixture of beach and countryside, with the ideal contact to relax with nature.

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen integrated with the barbecue area. In the back, there is an annex with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers uncovered parking for 3 cars. The balcony house has a full ocean view and 2 hammocks. Windows with bars. Security cameras.

The host was very welcoming. I missed the place and host got out of her way to get me and leading me to her place. The welcome was very friendly. Her nephew Raphael was wonderful and we went to dinner together with him and his wife. They brought us beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The place felt very secure and comfortable

We recommend! place family, the apartment was clean, Viviane and her family were cordial. the location is excellent, the beach faces the apartment, it is possible to sleep listening to the noise of the sea. We will definitely return! Note 10.

We already knew the place, so just thanks, for finding everything very clean, quiet, facing the beach, there is parking which in my view is great and gratitude for the attention of Eliane that has always served us in everything. The village changed our pillows because, we like the lower ones, we got milk mugs, all that makes a lot of difference to us. Thank you very much.

Spectacular house. Beautiful, clean, cozy, safe, in a privileged location with a background to the river. The best part of our trip was coming back to this house when we were going out somewhere. It has everything the guest needs and more. It has card games, trays, dominoes... The garage has a ramp access to the river and has kayak, standup, etc... Wonderful stay. If anyone is in any doubt about renting this house, they can rent it without the slightest fear. It caters to all tastes. Not to mention, the view of the sunrise that can be seen from the balcony of the house. Ah, and you can fish from the balcony too, or in the kayak that is available in the garage. There is not enough space in this review to describe the wonders this house offers. I'm leaving, making my next reservation now.
